Encrypt Option in Outlook showing AadrmTemplate

Hello,

we have a problem in a customer's Tenant, maybe someone has a solution.
When a new MIP label is created with a protection template, then the RMS protection template appears in the Outlook Application under the encryption option. (See ScreenShot)

We have tried to reproduce the problem in our demo environment, unfortunately without success. In our environment RMS protection templates are not visible. (see screenshot)

We have performed in both environments step by step the same actions to create the labels, but with different results.

Does anyone know how we can remove the Aadrmtemplates from the encrypt option?

Hi, try using the Set-AipServiceTemplateProperty with the parameter -Status "Archived" for that particular template.
