Domain specific labeling in Purview

Hey everyone,

I don't have much experience with MS Purview and Sensitivity Labeling yet, but I have one business case, where we are looking for functionality, related to sending sensitive data/emails to another domain, and would it be possible to automatically apply a label to the email when the recipient is from another domain? 

Sounds like something that should be possible. Any way to implement this?
