Disposition Review Microsoft Purview display issue. "Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Native rendering URL not received from workload."

We are receiving this error when going to the Disposition Review to look at the details of the review in Plain text. It happens when we try to preview documents in the pending disposition list in Purview. Previously we had an error which said we needed to be added to the "Content Explorer Content Viewer" role to preview the documents which was done and now we are getting this. We have given all permissions as required to the respective users to the content for disposition and within the Purview Compliance Centre.
