Defender for storage malware scan on Amazon S3 storage

Hi,

Do you know if it is possible to perform malware scanning with defender for storage on Amazon S3?

If not, do you know if this is on the roadmap? or have a link to an updated roadmap for defender for storage?

Azure Defender for Storage seems to only support Azure Storage. I do not know what's in the roadmap for this though.
