Defender ATP/security center no data

Hi, we are deploying defender ATP to our servers. A requirement for servers is that defender or SCEP is installed on the server. For our windows server 2016  defender is installed (see screenshot).

But when we check security center we see that it does not detect and antivirus program(see screenshot)

Result, in the defender ATP portal we see no data available for those servers (see screenshot)

Any help on this issue?

go to the ATP Windows Defender Security Center settings and enable the Preview Features, it will start to collect the ATP WD sensor data for the 2012R2 and 2016 as well
