Based on @Adam Hall 's article https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/security-privacy-and-compliance/a-behind-the-scenes-look-at-h..., a Microsoft Engineer only gets access to the resources needed and with the minimal permissions necessary to perform the task that is needed. What is the highest level of access then can get? Global Admin? Higher?
