AADSTS50020: User account 'thall521@att.net' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Trend Micro' and cannot access the application 'd4e26dce-91d9-401b-b80a-c43d3c4dab06' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. |
Any suggestion of the above error?

having the same error with HockeyApp. Has yours been resolved?

Hello,
I have exactly the same error when I try to use "Active backup for office 365" from a Synology NAS. Synology Helpdesk has advised to contact Microsoft. So any help are welcome.
