Cause of Score reducing since end of year

Since end of 30/12/2017 to 1/1/2018 our score has been reducing from 185 down to 80. How do i find out what caused the reduction ?

I don't think you can find a way to know why your score changed...IMHO is not a bug/issue this score moves since it's taking the score of other O365 tenants that can change and it's also evolving what means new controls can be added and they have to be taken into account in the score

Hi John,

 

In the score analyzer tab right above the line graph there is a "Compare Scores" feature that lets you pick two dates and compare the scores.  It will also show you what actions changed between these dates.
