Cannot open AIP protected documents in Office 2010

Hello,

we have installed AIP Client on our Windows 7 Machines with Office 2010 (which is the standard configuration in the company).

Problem is, that we cannot open AIP protected documents in Office, neither Word, nor Excel...

Message when opening is:

This rights protected document cannot be opened because the Rights management feature has been disabled on your machine by Policy

It is possible to open e.g. protected PDF files with the Azure Information Protection Viewer Client, but Office documents.

The engineering team responsible for the clients cannot see any group policy that could cause this. Can someone help what could be wrong? Any ideas?

So SP1 for Windows 7, and SP2 for Office 2010
