A subset of our customers are on national/government tenants - and as such we are unable to invite them. One would have thought that the email one-time password fallback authentication method could have been used in this scenario, but that does not appear to be the case. Anyone know the reason for this? The alternative options of creating a regular cloud account or asking them to use a different (often private) email account are not great.
