Azure Information Protection Scanner

Hello together,

I have an problem regarding AIP Scanner and Labeling of Documents with an condition to auto label.

The scanner works properly regarding he finds my documents but it will not label. I have create a label the has an condition to check if exist any kind of german passport information but nothing happens. Also when I create an new document an put in the german passport information word will not automatically label.

Has anybody an idear where I could look ?
