I am trying to add authorised external users (ie not in my Azure mail domain) to a label I have created in my Azure Information Protection Global policy. I have successfully added about 178 of them, but now when I try to add more to the label list and save the changes to the label, I get the following message: "Error - Web, Internal Server Error" and am unable to publish these changes to the global policy. I urgently need to add a large number of external users and so would appreciate any guidance on why I am getting this error and what I need to do.
Any guidance on adding email enabled groups for external users would also be helpful, because that way I could put all of them in a single group and add that group to the label, but I only seem to be able to do that for users in my mail domain.
