Any suggestions on allowing emails from Constant Contact. Our organization sends them out internally and they end up in junk. I am wondering if its because they are either seen as mass mailing or impersonation since they are sent on behalf of someone and not from our domain name.

SolutionWell, no need to wonder - check the message trace results and the actual message headers, it will tell you why it was marked as spam and you can take the corresponding action as needed.
