AIP Custom Configuration "Set a different label for Outlook" not working in OWA

Hi Community,

I have configured "Set a different label for Outlook" using the custom configuration for AIP Unified Labeling. It is working if I am using Outlook client but not in OWA.

In my policy I set "Public" to be the default label. In the custom configuration I set the "Recipients Only" to be the default label for Outlook. 

If I am using Outlook client the default label is set to "Recipients Only" but in OWA it is in "Public".

Hoping for someone's help here. Thanks!
