Viva Insights Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) Customer Roundtable Webinar

Viva Insights organizational network analysis (ONA) experience is now generally available. A powerful analysis tool to understand and visualize how collaboration is happening across your organization.

ONA measures how people communicate and information flows across your company. With it, you can identify key collaboration patterns and acquire insights such as:

Cross-group collaboration behavior
Groups of employees who are showcasing increased tendency towards insularity, or more within-group collaboration behavior who overtime could become siloed
Groups or teams who are acting as “central hubs” controlling or directing the flow of information across the collaboration network

This customer roundtable is an opportunity to gather feedback, insights, and opinions from other analysts using Viva Insights. The goal of this roundtable is to demo the Viva Insights ONA experience and discuss your challenges and needs regarding ONA.
