360 Feedback - feedback provider enquiries

Is there a limit of the max number of feedback providers (eg. peers, colleagues) that can be invited to response to the 360 feedback survey?
I am aware that subject is allowed to invite more feedback provider. Can a manager invite more feedback provider on behalf of subject? If yes, how to configure this?

Direct Reports under different manager

As a company, we recently made an acquisition for a headcount of 83 in last month. All the members are tagged to TA manager for time being to get the onboarding and their email domains, system integration etc. So finally, as the Glint Survey is the snapshot of the time on that day they were tagged to the wrong manager and the very next day they were tagged to the right one.

I raised a support request today. Can we retroactive update so that they go under rightful managers?.

Extend team conversation only in a closed survey

When creating a new survey the reporting section is locked for administrators

Why is it that in the reporting section for creating a survey the Admin settings are locked? I could not find any reference in the documents.

Supported Languages (Viva Glint)

I was using this list (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/pulse/get-started/supported-languages) to share with customers which languages are available. However, in the platform, the full list of 71 or so languages is available to select. Do you know why the external list is shorter? What happens if I use a language that's in the system but not on the list?

Taxonomy with Benchmark lookup

People Science Consultants are asking where they can get a taxonomy document that shows which items have benchmarks. I've been directing them to the platform Library. They do have to look up each item though, which is time consuming. Is there another way Partner PSCs are meant to quickly check on this? Or is the platform the best approach?

Question Display Logic feauture

My customer would like to set a logic on a Multiple Option question. Example below:

Q1. Are you satisfied with your working hours? --> Rating type (1 to 5)

Q2. Indicate the reasons for the previous answer --> Option type chosen with 6 answers

Answer 1 Positive
Answer 2 Positive
Answer 3 Positive
Answer 4 Negative
Answer 5 Negative
Answer 6 Negative

It is possible to put a DisplayLogic rule in question Q2, that if the answer Q1 is

equal to (1)-(2)-(3), only negative answers are displayed, whereas for (4)-(5) only positive answers are displayed.

I cannot find the functionality, is that possible?

Or am I forced to separate the questions to set the logic?

According to the documentation, when a score is Gray is because: Items are excluded from scoring because there's no benchmark comparison, or they're low to medium impact drivers

but how can identify if the gray is due to the absence of a benchmar or to the level of the impact driver? Can you suggest a way to distinguish the case by using a Glint feature like reports or other?

Getting errors when trying to update the dataset

So, when trying to update the dataset everything looks fine but after attempting an import an error is returned ("FAILED (ran for null seconds)"). As this doesn't give me anything to go on, does anyone have a documented process for doing this by the book?

Also, let say I wanted to clear the slate and repopulate Glint from scratch, can I?

Hi there,

Our client is unfortunately experiencing a bug in the system

In this case the manager does not have enough answers to view their reports, however, they can see their managers reports. When they click on it however, this error message shows up, which seems to be a bug in the system. The permissions in the survey are set up correctly, so they should be able to see it.

People Science - resources and researches on a few different topics for exec presentation

Hi, I have a client and a leadership team that is bought-in to engagement, data-driven, and ambitious to do more. Tech industry, gone from start-up to 500 employees so starting to mature. They have been doing their own insights but have now sought after external consultant to provide more external viewpoints for inspiration and additional insights.

Here are some topics that came up in the scoping session with HR

Engagement trends in general, how are the scores shifting (slightly downwards?) and why?

I have the “modern approach to measuring engagement” mentioning the revamp of the people success elements post-COVID so I can use some snippets from that.
But does someone have a slide summarising it nicely rather than in text/article? Any other trends in the last year?
The client has a focus on being great at hybrid working so would be good to see if anyone has done work with companies and the link between engagement and hybrid

The client is still privately owned, small-ish (500 people) and one current challenge is their mixed comms about exit plan - when it could happen as most employees have equity. Interestingly very low employee attrition, although scores are declining (still high scores however). Possibly waiting for payout?

If there are some materials on smaller companies who are privately owned where employees have equity and how to deal with comms in that environment

Any specific trends on tech companies
They use top 10th percentile benchmark, but since scores are declining, there are some gaps that are quite big. If someone has experience of “downgrading” to a lower benchmark, e.g. global mean, and how to position that. They don’t want to look like they’re dodging ambitions. I said a way to do it could maybe to include both – baseline and ambition.
Any case studies/best practice on actions that worked on Prospects, Comms, Confidence in Sen. Leadership

I know Glint in Teams has been discussed for a while but don't believe this is yet available to support mobile access. Is this correct?

Hello!

I've been searching the forum and other places for some research, thought pieces etc for what employees normally endure during times of change, e.g. acquisitions. Working with a client now where scores are decreasing and the senior leadership will in the insights presentation likely want to understand how other companies are doing, if they differ or are similar etc.

I will of course emphasise that they first and foremost need to focus on their own results and act on opportunity areas of impact, but it would be helpful to be able to refer to some additional research or even anecdotal stories from other companies. In this case there seems to be a fear of culture changing and comms around the transformation not being clear.

Any help much appreciated!

Age groups and Tenure in Glint

With my client we activated a recurring survey, executed and closed the first cycle.

We activated the attributes Tenure and Age Groups after closing the first cycle. We cannot use these filters because we do not see them. Do we have to perform another upload of all users to make them visible?

Is it possible to filter these two fields for an already closed survey?

Confirm list of sensitive words

Is it possible to confirm the list of sensitive words (primarily profanity) that will be flagged by Glint?

A client wishes to verify that their internal company list of sensitive words closely matches the built-in list that Glint references, as there is no option to use a custom list.

Hi Community,

I have a small list of questions on behalf of a client, that i was hoping someone could help my answer.

- Does historical survey data follow the employee when they switch teams/departments/manager etc. or does their previous survey answers stay in their previous department? Likewise, wht happens to historical data when two departments are merged, or for example when a department is split into 2 departments, and does the system register the department as being the same if we change the name? Essentially the question is regarding the movement of data when changes are made to the environment.

- Regarding eNPS scores is it recommended to remove them from surveys or can we change the scoring? because they range from -100 to 100 instead of 0 to 100 it is messing with the heat map.

- How many answers to a survey do we need in order to get a company score? does it need to be across multiple teams and departments?

- In the broader teams insights can the manager accessing the report see data only for the direct reports of their manager or data for all people in the heirarchy under this manager?

- regarding team conversations, are their multiple templates to choose between, and can we for exampleupload our own or costumize the existing ones?

- Is it possible to give access to an IT employee so that they can have access to all typees of settings without them having "admin access" so that they don't have access to sensitive data?
