I attended Envision NYC with melissabarry last week to talk Viva with customers and those interested in creating an engaged, productive workforce...powered by AI. My highlights:

Hearing Adam Grant talk about the benefits of being wrong and what he learned from Danny Kahneman in his conversation with Deb Cupp -"No one enjoys being wrong, but I do enjoy having been wrong, because it means I am now less wrong than I was before.”
Getting to talk to customers IRL and see where they're finding value with Viva, where they are eager to learn more, and share the news about Viva Glint and Viva Pulse, our latest additions to the Viva suite
The fact that notes from each session were autogenerated using AI, like this one from Nicole Herskowitz's session "Modern Work: The AI-Powered Organization": https://mediusprodstatic.event.microsoft.com/events/Z8V9/BRK200US.pdf - we're already seeing a ton of value from using Copilot in Teams internally at MSFT, so it was cool to see this being shared externally
