To Do Outlook Cal integration

As a leader/manager I need the ability to block time in my outlook calendar to do work (aka ToDo tasks).

I would love to be able to easily add a To Do task in my calendar. And then need the ability to move/modify the task with minimal clicks, and check them off in the calendar AND/OR in a master To Do task list.

The colors/categorization should be different To Do tasks that are not done and those that are done yet.

For people who use their calendar as the backbone of their working day, this capability would be exceptionally useful. All the pieces exist, you just need to stitch them together. This truly would be a very substantial upgrade to my daily workflow.

Just wondering if there is a way to have handwritten tasks on the iPad with the apple pencil. I am aware of the ink to text feature but i don't find it efficient.

Todo keeps losing recurring tasks or ToDos

Todo keeps losing recurring tasks or ToDos. They also do not reappear after logging off and logging back in. When will the bug finally be fixed? Also, the app closes by coincedence on my iPhone 14 (all Updates).

Lists went blank

Lists that I have had for years suddenly are blank. Both on Macbook and iphone. Still in the right account the lists are there just all tasks are gone.

Archive To-Do Lists

As a Microsoft Outlook user since 1999, I have accumulated significant to-dos - all cataloged by year under one group [History] in the To-Do App.

Unfortunately, the sheer volume of these to-do's has made syncing on the iPhone and Mac iOS (apps) cumbersome and very slow. How may I transfer the prior years [History] to an archive where the syncing becomes more agile and yet allows me to search for historical to-do's if needed?

Lists and tasks are gone

I use To Do nearly every day and yesterday I inexplicably had to log in again. After that all my lists and tasks from about the last 6 months were gone. I now have open tasks from about 6 months ago... How can I recover my lists and tasks? I use the App for work so it´s pretty important for me. Thank you.

Number of overdue to-do's in app icon is wrong

I am using To Do on iOS devices connected to a company account. The setting for the count in the app badge is "due today and overdue". The number is always one too high, i.e. even when I have no due/overdue task or mail, it shows "1". There seems to be as "ghost" task or mail somewhere, how can I find it?

To-Do in Apple Watch desynced

Hi,

The To-Do app for Apple Watch is not working properly. It's always desynced (showing as pending various tasks from few days ago, and other similar issues).

If I let the app open in the Watch, it resyncs but not completely: some tasks keeps bad.

Tried uninstalling and re-enabling To Do in the Watch, but then it synchronizes correctly only for a few hours.

In iOS, the app works fine. No energy-save mode active.

To Do Crashing on iPhone

Hi,

I have been using To Do on my iphone for few years and just recently started crashing and becoming annoying.
I tried many things such as deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarting my iphone, etc. but with no luck. I have been doing that for at least 3 weeks.

I am using the latest To Do version and iOS 17.5

Any help or Microsoft contact for To Do?

Hallo, ich habe eine neues I-phone. Die ToDo-App wurde nicht mit übertragen. Die manuelle Anmeldung mit meinem Zugangsnamen funktioniert nicht.
Fehlermeldung: Die Anwendung funktioniert nicht mit einem persönlichen Konto. Da ich diese App schon seit Jahren nutze, muss es ja ein passendes Microsoftkonto geben, aber offensichtlich zu Zeit nicht in einem Zugriff.

Wie kann ich herausfinden, wie mein Zugangsname lautet für das passende Konto? Evt. wird dort noch uralte Email-Adresse verwendet, die schon lange nicht mehr aktuell ist.

Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich jetzt? Die App ist sehr umfangreich und wird zugleich auch noch mit der Familie genutzt. Ich möchte vermeiden, dass ich alles neu machen muss.

Since upgrading to Sonoma 14.3 Microsoft To Do has been showing extra lines which makes it difficult to read tasks. Is there a fix to this issue?

APP Aktualisierung über APPLE-Store, wenn Aktualisierung angezeigt wird ergibt kein besseres Resultat
Auf dem IPad und auch auf dem WIN11-PC stelle ich dies nicht fest.
Kann auf dem IPhone das APP löschen und <<neu laden>> ohne dass die Daten verloren gehen

Sort Completed Tasks by Completion Date

I am unable to sort completed tasks by completion date on desktop Outlook interface for Todo or the Todo app on my iphone. It would be excellent to be able to search completed tasks by date completed. I regularly need to compile activity reports and this is an important tracking tool. Please make Todo capable of this!

My To Do Shows Too Many Flagged Emails

To Do List Crashing at Startup After Upgrading to 2.98

I was forced to upgrade our To Do List software on my Mac today to the 2.98 version. It now crashes every time you start. Cannot run at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and got the same. Any ideas??? I use this list all the time. Mac is OS 12.6.6
