Misteriously disappears...

I use Microsoft's To Do app. Since the switch to Windows 11, certain entries mysteriously disappear while editing. They are no longer present, not even among the completed entries. And they are also not findable via search. Are there any solutions to this?

How can I duplicate a task?

Necesito acceder al historial de modificaciones de Microsoft To Do, para deshacer unos cambios en una lista de tareas. He perdido accidentalmente el contenido de la lista y necesito recuperarla. Quisiera restaurar la lista tal y como estaba antes de la modificación que he hecho hoy.

Flagged emails cant be changed in To-Do

When I flag an email in Outlook, it shows up in the To-Do list but I cannot enter a due date or status (or probably anything else). What's up with that?

Dragging from Planned to List and "Find Related"

Hi,

I have tasks/emails organized in lists. I initiate them by flagging them with a date in outlook, they appear in To-Do as Flagged emails, which i drag into my lists.

1. Some are tasks/emails are overdue and i can find them in the "Planned" Area. However, if i want to move it to a List, i can't. Please enable dragging from Planned to Lists.

2. Since all my tasks are emails, I want to "find related emails", although i can open in email , i can't "find related" so i dont know if it was answered already. Please enable this option in the individual email of office 365 or from within To-DO.

Microsoft Todo (on Teams) goes blank occassionally

See image, The Private tasks (from Microsoft Todo) go blank occasionally.

You can still view other tasks from Planner, but the private tasks disappear and won't come back until you click away from the Planner window completely and sometimes after multiple tries.

Microsoft Teams version 24124.2315.2911.3357. Client version is 49/24050307617

Could this be fixed please?

Microsoft Todo (on Teams) does not remember sort

In teams, I can open Planner (todo) and list tasks from my todo. But each time I sort based on Title either Ascending or Descending, this works only when I am in this tab.

( I am having to do this because there is no numbering and way to set custom priority manually)

Once I browse to any other view, either to Teams itself or even to just My Plans or My Day and come back to My Tasks, the sort order is lost and I have to do this again.

Can this be fixed please?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I have to log in to Microsoft To Do on my devices every time I open it. This has only recently happened and was not the case before. I use a Windows 11 and a Windows 10 computer.

Does anyone have any advice?

To Do app can't open right click menu

After my laptop upgrade to Windows 11 , the To Do app can't right click to move the task.

It doesn't show on the menu.

My colleague have same problem with me.

I have the following question about linked tasks in onenote with microsoft to do.

If you create tasks in one note (as an Outlook task), it appears in microsoft to do under tasks.
If you assign this task to a list in microsoft to do, this task loses the link to microsoft to do in onenote .
This means that if you set the task in microsoft to do as finished, the task is still displayed as open in one note. the task isn`t able to synchrononisate with microsoft to do any more.

i hope you understand my questition.

I can only select "Tasks" or "Flagged Emails". Why is "My Day" not an option?

I use to-do on the web, but when I opened it all my tasks, completed and not-completed were gone. It was like I had never used it before with everything disappeared and empty. I really would like my stuff back, is there a way to get it back?

Since UserVoice is not longer active, I'm not sure if this is the right place. Apologies, if not.

Is it possible to have more sorting options in the different lists?

I'm specifically looking at Completed Tasks and want to sort by Completed Date/time.

To make this more generic, I would imagine that depending on the viewed List, there are other sorting options available.

Hi,

I want to have the ability to add future missions with specific starting date, and not to see them in my regular list until this date will arrive.

As much as I understand it can't be done today.

The simple way to do it, is to add "unplanned" list, which will show the current mission, that doesn't have future dates.

Can I invert the steps list?

One issue I have with the steps list is that the latest steps are at the bottom of the list. While I finished earlier steps in a long list, the step to do are below the bottom of the screen.

It would be nice to have the latest to do steps at the top.

I know I can drag steps higher (although the auto-scroll leaves something to be desired).

So, can I invert the steps list?
