Not getting notifications when items are created from API

Hello Community

I am using Make to create ToDo items.

It works great and items are created according to the required logic.

However, I am not getting any notifications when items are created in that way.

The items are inserted into a shared list. No issues if an item is created by other list members, getting a notification straight away.

Using Android 14 on Pixel 5.

ToDo version - 2.139.930.00 Build #382

Synchronization with calendar and time estimation for planned/scheduled tasks

Missing for planned/scheduled tasks is a field with the time estimate and an option to synchronize them with the calendar.

It would be very interesting to see everything on your calendar and to apply some productivity techniques.

Hello everyone,

Over the past few days, I've been experiencing an issue with tasks list widget on my Android 14 (one ui 6.1) device. Initially, it froze and stopped updating at the beginning of the day in 'my day' view for scheduled tasks. When I attempted to remove the widget and add it back to the desktop, it was no longer available in the widget list. I also enrolled in the beta user program, but that didn't resolve the issue.

Client: To Do Android; Version: 2.120.8620.00.betabuild#: 0

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi all. I've been a windows insider for a while. Today I'm trying to get my Android phone to show up in windows explorer. I am in the Release insider channel but need the Link To Windows beta app for the phone to show in Windows Explorer. I have the Link To Windows app on my phone but need the beta version. Where do I get this beta version?

Add Todo Task to calendar

Now we can add task on web, but is there anyway can add task to calendar through Android Phone. Maybe add a button like "send to Outlook", or use copilot to do it automatically.

To assist with grouping tasks on My Day view it would be helpful to see tasks by location.

Color categories:

Blue = errands, away from office or house
Red = calls, sitting at a desk
Green = chores, activities
Yellow = etc

Define groups and be able to sort My Day by groups

Errands
- Groceries
- Best Buy
- etc
Calls
- Call John
- Call Anushree
- etc
Chores
- Move furniture
- Clean windows
- Put up posters
- etc

FEATURE REQUEST: MS To Do shortcut for Add Due Date

Have a hotkey like F1 or Ctrl+A to toggle the Add Due Date.

If no Due Date set:

Press Ctrl A x1 = Today
Press Ctrl A x2 = Tomorrow
Press CTRL A x3 = set Due Date to none

Glitch - no longer able to type in notes of a task

I have noticed that since the update to the app if you click on a task and go into the notes section where you can type additional detail if you try to edit the notes it constantly scrolls down and you are unable to type could Microsoft please look into this?

Adding to a list AND important through Android windget

Seems to be someting a bit not very logical in the widget..

the IMPORTANT section is same like a list and you cannot add through the widget to both IMPORTANT and LIST X at the same time. If you switch to LIST X then it won't appear in IMPORTANT (like as if you have to choose this or that, however you can have IMPORTANT and LIST X in the app).

Any way to achieve what I need?

To be able to quickly add to IMPORTANT and a LIST when adding through the widget..
