Im on SfB 13811.20002 and in chat windows the time stamp and admin messages appear so very very very very small, tested this on other devices with the same effect. Roll back and its fine, will this be remediated at all as our users refer to timestamps etc a lot

Skype for Business video is mirrored

When we hosted a meeting at SfB, my screen is mirrored. Others see it correctly.

The problem is I connected my screen to a LED screen, when I locked my screen for all. All audiences in this meeting will see the mirrored screen. It is not beautiful feedback from my customer.

You can see the attached image. The text should be Prime Minister's Office

Any solution?

Dear community,

I hope you can help me with my question. We are a small company in the Netherlands willing to use Skype for Business for our Servicecenter. All our colleagues using Skype for Business have a personal local phone-number wich differs per colleague. We also have a local company phone-number, when our clients dial this number all our colleagues are getting an incoming call. So far so good but now comes the problem:

When we call our clients, they see our personal local phone-number or we can choose an anonymous phone-number. We are looking for the option to call out with our local company phone-number. We want this option so that the receiver of our calls can call us back and so that this call comes in with all our colleagues.

Do anyone knows how we can install this option? Our thanks will be very great!

Trusted Application API public release

Is there a timeline on the Trusted Application API public release?

I'm currently researching on how to use the Skype Web SDK and Trusted Application API to add a new feature to the student career management platform I develop. All the research and Microsoft Ignite 2016 videos on the subject seem to suggest that was I am looking to do is possible but it is all wrapped in a developer preview and I'm not sure of the status of some of the advanced features I am looking to use like call quality control and management.

I'm not able to find a lot of forward momentum on any of the documentation for TA so I'm wondering if this is ever going to be finished or if UCMA with OnPrem is the only possible solution that will be able to handle two anonymous users that are provided a meeting URL to have a video chat with each other.

Would like to understand if I can run a regular dsl internet connection at office for 5-6 users using O365 E5 S4B phone system/call plan. Or do you require a dedicated direct internet connection $$? Can I get away with a public internet connection 100/10 for $100 a month or am I required to get something like an E10 for $500 a month for reliable QOS-ed connection? I know I "can" run regular dsl but I don't want any latency issues impacting phone quality. If that happens more than a few times a month I would rather go with a different solution. But really want to stay on S4B phone system if possible..

Canada Call Plan Preview period questions

Hi I have been using the Canada preview for the last month. So far so good, everything working as expected. I have the below questions:

The numbers that I have acquired, am I able to keep those at the end of the preview assuming I continue on as paying for the calling plan? Both tool free and local exchanges.
When is the preview period expect to end for Canada?
Are all the minutes free during the preview? It seems they are as in the pstn usage report nothing is declining so far? Unless that happens once a month?
What is the expected per user price for call plan in Canada? Will it be set as 3000 Domestic and 600 Intl?
How are the minutes tracked, what do I need to do if I need more minutes for some users?
When will the usage reports be on the new admin portal?
Where are inbound toll free minutes counted against? Is that where I need communication credits?

New S4B PBX Admin, sorry if there are basic questions.

I need to get a PSTN report

I am only able to get a PSTN report to go back until June of this year and even though I request for it to date back to December of last it will not.

It there a way I can get a better date range through powershell or scripting?

Contacting skype for business bot from external domains

Hello,

We registered skype for business bot which responds to messages sent from users that are in the same domain as the bot.

When users from external domains send messages, the bot does not respond, even though users from those two domains can communicate.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Auto Attendant Holiday Hours

Have received the communications about Holiday Hours being live for Preview tentants, but still don't see the options in the GUI when adding/editing auto attendants (we do have the new CQ options, however). What's the course to get the feature added? Would love to be able to test for the holiday next week.

BTW on IOS there is no acceptance procedure :).

Call Queue Serial Routing - Agent order?

Started testing the new Serial Routing in Call Queues; is there any way to change the order of agents for the Serial routing option? It appears that it just applies them in alphabetic order, based on alias name; we'd ideally like to shuffle that agent order around, but not seeing any way to really do so.
