      <description>&lt;P&gt;When we hosted a meeting at SfB, my screen is mirrored. Others see it correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is I connected my screen to a LED screen, when I locked my screen for all. All audiences in this meeting will see the mirrored screen. It is not beautiful feedback from my customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can see the attached image. We are a small company in the Netherlands willing to use Skype for Business for our Servicecenter. All our colleagues using Skype for Business have a personal local phone-number wich differs per colleague. We also have a local company phone-number, when our clients dial this number all our colleagues are getting an incoming call. So far so good but now comes the problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we call our clients, they see our personal local phone-number or we can choose an anonymous phone-number. We are looking for the option to call out with our local company phone-number. We want this option so that the receiver of our calls can call us back and so that this call comes in with all our colleagues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do anyone knows how we can install this option? All the research and Microsoft Ignite 2016 videos on the subject seem to suggest that was I am looking to do is possible but it is all wrapped in a developer preview and I'm not sure of the status of some of the advanced features I am looking to use like call quality control and management.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not able to find a lot of forward momentum on any of the documentation for TA so I'm wondering if this is ever going to be finished or if UCMA with OnPrem is the only possible solution that will be able to handle two anonymous users that are provided a meeting URL to have a video chat with each other.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the info,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Michael Samborski&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;The numbers that I have acquired, am I able to keep those at the end of the preview assuming I continue on as paying for the calling plan?&amp;nbsp; Both tool free and local exchanges.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When is the preview period expect to end for Canada?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are all the minutes free during the preview?&amp;nbsp; It seems they are as in the pstn usage report nothing is declining so far?&amp;nbsp; Unless that happens once a month?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the expected per user price for call plan in Canada?&amp;nbsp; Will it be set as 3000 Domestic and 600 Intl?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How are the minutes tracked, what do I need to do if I need more minutes for some users?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When will the usage reports be on the new admin portal?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Where are inbound toll free minutes counted against?&amp;nbsp; Is that where I need communication credits?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When users from external domains send messages, the bot does not respond, even though users from those two domains can communicate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just sign-up for Skype for business preview program and wonder how long will take to be accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course I sign to this&amp;nbsp; in hopes that the preview skype will work with my latest iOS 11.2. public beta2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW on IOS there is no acceptance procedure :).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Call Queue Serial Routing - Agent order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Started testing the new Serial Routing in Call Queues; is there any way to change the order of agents for the Serial routing option?&amp;nbsp; It appears that it just applies them in alphabetic order, based on alias name; we'd ideally like to shuffle that agent order around, but not seeing any way to really do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
