      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to either remove Skype for Business or enable it.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to remove it out of Default Applications and clicking Uninstall does not work at all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The installation is stuck on my local machine.       <description>&lt;P&gt;We have already paid for yearly renting of the Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU and these are not working because are not getting redirected after the right settings in place, also the voicemails are not working at all, no settings working at all and after paying there is no one to talk to and report the issue, no email of support, no department of support to send ticket, no phone number, absolutely nothing to provide you support as client for something that you paid and is not working!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to adjust the settings based on the forms from the Skype app for windows also from the Skype app for web and I tried both the redirect also the voicemail and none of them working to be setup. So disappointed and we already paid for 1 year in advance for both of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I am not able to share my screen via Skype with Ventura and the latest Skype 16.29.95. Or rather to see it when another participant in the conversation shares his screen. The behavior is identical in both situations. It works for about 10 seconds then just aborts. After that the screen sharing is no longer visible. However, the Skype connection still exists. I can still talk to the other person and the camera video image is still transmitted normally. Only the sharing of the screen does not work anymore. It can not be activated in this call. Only when you re-establish the connection, you can try the timing again. However, it disconnects again after about 10 seconds. I have reinstalled Skype several times in the meantime. This does not solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It worked for all of recordings except one. That one seem to be completed but when i click it, its only 33 second and i know that its about 1.5 hour because i see this length on recording manager. Also when i click to AV file on recording, i can hear all voices on recording but when i complete the video it does not appear that way. Can you help me please its very emergency situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

SfB is constantly running high on the CPU, even with a Quad-Core Intel Core i5. This appears to have started with the latest macOS Security Update.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried uninstalling/installing SfB and followed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="Skype for Business Mac at high CPU" href="https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/forum/all/skype-for-business-mac-at-high-cpu/ba87249f-c12f-475a-ad4f-0dec367745e0" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Marvin Ma MSFT's&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;suggestion of removing items from the User Library&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, then restarted. I even repeated the process, downloading and installing a fresh copy of the SfB app to no avail.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to support one colleague with very unusual Skype4Business (part of Office 2016 Pro.) crash issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After user has successfully launched and login at S4B, the app will crash and disappear in less than a minute.&amp;nbsp;We've tried some remediation steps, but still unable to determine the cause of the crashes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Re-formatted user's laptop again, then applied all Windows 11 and Office updates, but her S4B profile still crashed.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried her S4B login to different Windows 11 machine, and S4B app still crashed in less than a minute.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Other users tested on her Windows 11 laptop have no issue, as S4B app do not crash.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If we test her S4B login at other Windows 10 machines, surprisingly S4B does not crash - so crashes only happen on Windows 11 machines&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The affected Skype4B build number is 16.0.4266.1001.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We collected ".UccApilog" logs when her S4B app/profile crashed in Windows 11 - is this Forum the correct place to share the Skype log ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;BR /&gt;For the past few days, I have been experiencing several difficulties on skype despite the fact that I am using the latest version of skype. Here they are:&lt;BR /&gt;- The messages I send on skype do not reach the recipients, they turn without ever arriving.&lt;BR /&gt;- When I put my status in active, a few seconds later it disconnects.&lt;BR /&gt;- I manage to call one person, but I cannot add more than one person in a call, but the messages do not go through.&lt;BR /&gt;- When I want to create a new skype account, I can't log in to do so.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SKYPE for BUSINESS - remove / block user</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hello, in company we use Skype for Business 2016. Unfortunately I have one stalker colleague, so I want to forbid that person see my status but to have possibility to write me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;That person add me into favourites also. I dont add him into favourites.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What will happen if I &lt;SPAN&gt;choose decline the request?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the difference between block that person and remove from contact list?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there possibility to make my status visible based on groups like friends, colleagues.....or based on relationships?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
