      <title>Viva Insights - How can I replace the Organization field data without any data loss?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Viva Insights - org upload transition from Viva Insights to admin.microsoft.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the last time I performed a manual organizational data upload, the organizational data upload process has moved from Viva insights to admin.microsoft.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;At this moment in time the manual CSV import is my selected choice.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am hoping to find an explanation of the field mappings from the old CSV upload template (DataUpload_template.csv) compared to the new CSV upload template (OrgDataTemplate - with skills.xlsx) -- Microsoft's help articles do not appear to include these details -- it does not appear I'm able to attach the templates here&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My goal is to perform a new manual upload and replace the &lt;STRONG&gt;organization &lt;/STRONG&gt;field with a new set of data for all employees without losing any other existing data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I must understand how the new upload template maps to the data fields that I've been uploading&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I'll then need to understand what steps I must take to replace the organization field without losing any data&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I try to do it through viva.cloud.microsoft I am just getting a blank page after clicking on it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My organization is a mixed environment of 80% standard M-F business hours and the balance 20% are call centre staff who manage shifts around the clock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't deployed Viva Suite to that 20% group as I'm not sure how it might impact working stats; is there anything in particular they have to do to define working hours to avoid any issues or does the system just take everything into consideration? For example, the org-level stats of "After-hours collaboration" or anything related to personal off-hours working?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to avoid skewing any org-level stats so not sure how to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Viva Insights Simulator - demo tenant issues</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everybody, I have a question regarding Viva Insights. Recently we recieved access to demo tenant with paid Viva licences. We focused on Viva Goals and Viva Insights to prepare for client demo. Viva Goals is working fine and we can access the full scope of features, but Viva Insights not so much. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On this demo environment, Viva Insights is set up like a simulator, not an actual app, so we can't access the full scope of admin settings. Even if I with system admin assign roles to employees and assign licences, nobody can access the admin settings for Insights. The assistance guide on the admin center doesnt even offer a link to admin settings for insights.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this supposed to be like this since this is a simulator, or is this an error in the demo environment we recieved?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Viva Insights Teams and Org tab</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to learn about Viva Insights and I'm using a demo tenant for the same. I've assigned all the three relevant Insights roles, M365 admin role, Application Administrator role and licenses to the admin who has 10 direct reporters. But still, I'm not able to see these tabs in the Teams App and if I visit&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Microsoft Viva Insights (office.com)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;i.e. the web app, it says Oops! you haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights so I can't setup the Manager settings (&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/use/manager-settings" target="_blank"&gt;Manager settings for Viva Insights | Microsoft Learn&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've completed the path&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/advanced/setup-maint/landing" target="_blank"&gt;Viva Insights setup landing page | Microsoft Learn&lt;/A&gt;, but still not sure what the problem is.........am trying to get Teams and Organizational insights in the Teams app and advanced Viva Insights &lt;A href="https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Microsoft Viva Insights (office.com) &lt;/A&gt;from past 10 days or so, and not able to find the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help here please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sonia Vyas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Using Delayed email delivery Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use Delayed delivery email option in viva insights add-in tab in outlook windows .. but I never get suggestions for schedule sending when writing an email although the suggestion option in turned on .. I tried to open the viva insights tab to schedule the email manually but I also cannot find the option .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no delay rules applied in outlook . Please help how can I find the scheduled delivery option manually or how can I get notifications of scheduled delivery .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
