How Microsoft Planner helped build the Maia 200 AI Accelerator

Maia 200 is Microsoft’s second-generation first-party AI accelerator built to support large-scale AI inference workloads in Azure. As Maia 200 moved from pre‑silicon design toward deployment, work across multiple engineering organizations was managed within a single program responsible for bringing the accelerator into Azure. At its peak, that effort tracked over 700 active tasks spanning silicon, software, and datacenters. To manage the intricacies of the effort at that scale, the program team turned to Microsoft Planner.

As the Maia 200 program was forming, much of the individual engineering organizations’ work was already in motion across different products including Planner, Excel, and Azure DevOps. Creating a shared view across multiple products proved challenging, as milestones that looked achievable to one team could quietly introduce risks for another, and executive discussions relied on manually assembled status updates rather than a live picture of where the program stood. Program leads needed a shared view of execution to manage dependencies across workstreams, align milestone progress, and identify risks that had the potential to impact delivery timelines.

Creating program-level visibility with Planner

With work already in motion across multiple organizations, the Maia 200 program maintained existing team workflows and tools, but selected Planner as the central coordination layer. As a collaborative work management solution, Planner provides a unified experience that spans individual task tracking through enterprise‑level project management, giving teams a single place to plan, manage, and complete task‑based initiatives. This allowed swim lanes, milestones, critical‑path tasks, and dependencies to be visible regardless of where the underlying work was managed.

Maia 200 program leads began setting up the plan by creating a series of visual swim lanes for each engineering organization. These were built in Planner as parent tasks and subtasks, covering areas like silicon feature readiness, networking enablement, and system validation. Each swim lane was color-coded to the product or engineering owner responsible for that area, and a custom field was added to track the directly responsible individual (DRI) for each task. This structure made ownership immediately clear throughout the plan. While the plan was originally designed for program-level visibility, it quickly became more than that, as some development leads began using these sections as their primary source of truth for day-to-day project execution.

Next, the Maia 200 program team created a structure for tracking overall program milestones. The use of a single parent task called "Top‑Level Program Milestones" visually distinguished milestones from swim lanes within the plan. Underneath, milestones were captured as individual subtasks and grouped by stages of the full program lifecycle, helping align work across phases and clarify what the program was working toward at each stage.

From the start, the same plan served both executive leadership and engineering team leads by providing a consistent view of program progress while still allowing milestone tracking to connect directly to the work‑level details required for execution.

Tracking the critical path and dependencies within Planner

With milestones and swim lanes in place, the next challenge was to track cross-organizational dependencies. The program leads used Planner's dependency feature to track blockers and reinforced a consistent rule in program meetings that any capability on the critical path needed to be represented in Planner. When one group's work depended on another's, both sides created dependency-linked tasks in their respective swim lanes to make the connection visible.

In practice, this meant that when multiple Azure DevOps items rolled up to a single critical-path capability, that capability was tracked in Planner as a task. Dependencies between teams were also represented within the plan, even when the underlying execution remained in other systems. As a result, if a team became blocked, that blocker was visible in the plan and acknowledged by both sides.

The Maia 200 program team also mapped milestones to related tasks within each swim lane setting each milestone as dependent on the final task (or tasks) required for completion. Planner's scheduling engine then automatically updated milestone dates as work within the swim lanes progressed.

To monitor progress over time, the team used Planner baselines to capture point-in-time snapshots of the plan, allowing them to export task data to Excel, compare multiple baselines, and identify delivery trends as needed.

Tracking risks within Planner

Risks were also tracked directly in Planner, giving program leaders a single view of the work underway and the factors that could impact it. Each risk was represented as a task in the plan and made dependent on the related tasks within each swim lane. Milestones were similarly linked to these risk tasks, keeping mitigation work directly connected to the execution required to reach each milestone.

With critical path work, cross-team dependencies, and associated risks visible in one place, program leads could anticipate risks earlier and respond before changes have a chance to ripple across the program.

Over time, this shifted the nature of program discussions. Instead of spending meeting time providing status updates, program and engineering leads were able to focus on the decisions that mattered, including which risks to prioritize, which tradeoffs to make, and where to act before a dependency became a blocker.

For program leadership, this meant schedule changes never arrived as a surprise, because blockers, dependencies, and risks were already visible and actively managed within the plan. For the engineering teams, it meant a dependency could not be claimed without being represented in the plan and acknowledged by the team responsible for driving the dependent work. By connecting milestones, critical path work, cross‑team dependencies, and risk tracking in a single coordination layer, Planner gave the Maia 200 program the shared operating picture it needed to keep execution aligned across organizations, systems, and every stage of delivery.

Planner Agent brings work management directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot

Now you can see what needs attention, take action, and keep projects moving all in one place. Planner Agent is currently available in Microsoft 365 Copilot through Frontier and can be added from the All agents menu once enabled by your admin.

Focus on what matters

A common challenge at the start of the day or week is not a lack of tasks. It's a lack of clarity. Work often spans Planner, To Do, email, and chat, and pulling that into one clear picture takes time. Planner Agent is designed to solve exactly that. Start with a simple question such as, “What should I focus on today?” and Planner Agent will return a prioritized, interactive view so users can quickly understand what is urgent and act right away.

With Planner Agent, you can get oriented, review what matters, make edits inline, and keep going. Planner Agent can help unify commitments across Microsoft 365, capture follow-ups from the flow of work, and keep plans current without breaking momentum. Whether you're reviewing a Word document, in the middle of a standup, or catching up on your latest emails, you can open Microsoft 365 Copilot and engage Planner Agent. This makes it easy to review your priorities and turn context into action without breaking your flow.

Ask questions across your work

With capabilities such as Q&A across multiple task sources, you can ask the agent about private tasks, tasks assigned to you, flagged emails, and unified plans. The broader capability set also supports grounding across enterprise sources during Q&A, task creation, and task editing, which makes it possible to ask questions that reflect how work actually happens, not just how it is stored.

For example, you can ask:

“Show me my tasks due this week and help me prioritize what I need to work on.”
“What is the list of plans that need my attention right now and what actions should I take?”
“Help me summarize the urgent tasks in the Marketing launch plan and highlight the biggest risks.”

Planner Agent does not just fetch items. It can help you understand urgency, risk, and next steps more intelligently, so you can move from scattered information to clear action without having to piece everything together.

Turn follow-ups into tasks in the right place

Planner Agent can also create new tasks directly in Copilot Chat. Users can create a single task, draft multiple tasks, or ground task creation in enterprise content such as email, chats, files, or meeting content. This helps turn work that is still in conversations into clear, actionable tasks.

For example, a user can review an email thread about a launch, ask Planner Agent to turn follow-ups into tasks, review the suggested titles and due dates in a preview card, remove anything unnecessary, and then confirm the final set before tasks are added to the plan.

You can ask Planner Agent to:

“Create a task for me to draft the user study by Friday.”
“Review my emails from today and draft private tasks for the most urgent follow-ups.”
“Turn follow-ups from this meeting into tasks in the Marketing plan.”

Update existing tasks without leaving the conversation

Planner Agent also lets you edit existing tasks in both private tasks and unified plans. You can make updates in natural language or directly in the interactive task card such as changing the task name, status, date, priority, or plan without leaving Copilot.

For example:

“Help me adjust the deadline of my task to this Friday and change its priority to Important.”
“Mark ‘Q4 launch brief review’ as complete.”
“For tasks assigned to me across shared plans, push anything due next week by one week.”

Updating work is often where momentum stalls. Planner Agent makes it easy for users to keep current work inline, without breaking focus.

You can review, refine, and confirm task and plan updates before committing them, keeping work efficient, accurate, and in your control. Once confirmed, these changes are reflected directly in Planner. You can move into the Planner app at any time to review the same updates, continue editing, and keep working with your team. This makes Planner Agent feel less like a separate assistant and more like a natural extension of Planner inside Copilot.

Create a structured plan from scratch

Beyond individual tasks, Planner Agent can help generate a comprehensive plan with structure. You can ask for a plan based on a request or a grounded source, and the agent drafts a structured plan for review before saving.

Planner Agent finds the right reference document, confirms it with the user, and drafts a plan based closely on that source. The plan goes beyond a simple task list. It includes hierarchy and organization, with goals to group related work and additional details like buckets and notes to make the plan easier to understand and manage.

This is especially helpful when you are starting a new project or turning a large set of information into an actionable plan. Instead of starting from scratch, you can begin with a goal, deadline, or source document. Planner Agent then provides a structured draft with milestones and tasks that can be quickly refined and saved to Planner.

For example: “Help create a new Planner plan for an upcoming conference based on the ‘AI Initiatives Launch Summit 2026.’ Break it down into goals and buckets and include the appropriate task details.”

Getting started

Getting started is simple:

Open Microsoft 365 Copilot for Work on the web or in Teams.
Navigate to All agents.
Search for Planner (Frontier).
Add it, then start with a natural prompt like, “Show me my recent high-priority tasks and what’s due this week.” You can also pin it for quicker access or call it directly in Copilot Chat with @ Planner (Frontier).

Availability

Planner Agent is available now in Microsoft 365 Copilot through Frontier for eligible Microsoft 365 tenants. Users need an active Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and access depends on admin enrollment and assignment for Frontier experiences.

Planner Agent is designed for a very practical outcome: less time hunting for work, less time copying action items between tools, and more time moving tasks and plans forward in the flow of work. By making it easier to capture new tasks and update existing ones in the same Copilot conversation where work is already happening, it helps prevent important follow-ups from getting lost in the friction of switching between tools. From answering questions across your private tasks, shared plans, and enterprise sources, to drafting new tasks, updating existing ones, and generating structured plans from scratch, Planner Agent brings work management into the flow of work itself.

Planner Agent is available now in Microsoft 365 Copilot through Frontier, and this is only the beginning. As these experiences continue to evolve, the goal remains the same: help users understand their work faster, take action more easily, and keep work moving with less friction.

Changes to Project Web App site creation and unused sites effective April 1, 2026

Microsoft Project Online will be retired on September 30, 2026. As part of this process, starting April 1, 2026, the creation of new Project Web App (PWA) sites will be blocked, and existing tenants without projects across their PWA sites will be blocked from accessing Project Online.

What is changing on April 1, 2026

Starting April 1, 2026, Microsoft will implement the following changes for Project Online:

Creation of new Project Online PWA sites will be blocked. Users will no longer be able to create new Project Online sites (new PWA site collections) in their tenants.
Existing tenants with no projects will be blocked. Any existing Project Online tenant that contains at least one project across any PWA site will be allowed. All others will be blocked. Non-PWA data will still be accessible.

How this affects your organization

If your organization creates Project Online sites on demand, you should ensure all required PWA sites are created before April 1, 2026.
If you have existing PWA sites that were set up but never used, those sites will no longer be accessible after this date. Non-PWA data will still be accessible.
Existing Project Online tenants that contain at least one or more projects across any PWA site will not be affected by this change.

What you need to do

Review your existing Project Online PWA sites and identify any unused sites.
If you intend to keep a PWA site active, ensure that at least one project is created before April 1, 2026.
Inform Project Online administrators and PMOs in your organization about this change.
These changes will be applied automatically on April 1, 2026. No admin action is required to enable enforcement.

Bringing AI assistance to basic plans in Microsoft Planner

Today, we are excited to announce that the Project Manager Agent in Microsoft Planner has been officially renamed to "Planner Agent," and its powerful AI-driven features will be generally available across both plan types. This means that basic and premium plan users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license will have access to intelligent Planner Agent capabilities that help streamline project management and task work. Previously, users could try these agentic features in premium plans only.

The rebranding to "Planner Agent" reflects its role as an integrated part of the Planner experience and ensures naming consistency. You will see the new name and icon reflected across the Planner app's user interfaces and all supporting documentation going forward.

Planner Agent for basic plan users: New AI features coming your way

Planner Agent's capabilities are expanding to basic plans for the first time. Starting this week, organizations and users of basic plans will begin to see Planner Agent enabled in their Planner experience. This update brings intelligent, AI-driven assistance to all Planner users, even those without a premium license. Our goal is to empower every team to work smarter with Planner.

For the initial release in basic plans, Planner Agent will introduce two major AI-driven features:

Status reports: The Planner Agent can automate the creation of status reports for your plans. This capability streamlines the process to generate, view, modify, and share status reports based on project progress. The agent produces a concise, accurate, and professional report summarized from your plan's progress, key milestones, and upcoming tasks. With this feature, you can ensure stakeholders stay informed effortlessly, saving time while maintaining transparency and alignment across your projects. Instead of spending hours manually gathering updates, the Planner Agent prepares a draft status report at the click of a button — highlighting what has been accomplished, what is on track, and any pending inputs.
Task execution: Basic plan users will now be able to have the Planner Agent work on tasks within their plans. You can assign a specific task to the Planner Agent just as you would assign it to a team member. The agent will then carry out the task and attach the results or output back to the task. Results are captured in a Loop page embedded within the task, allowing all plan members to collaborate on and review the output. This capability enables your team to offload routine or time-consuming tasks to the AI assistant, helping everyone focus on more strategic work.

These two features — status report generation and task execution — are the first Planner Agent skills for basic plans. They represent a significant step in bringing intelligent project management assistance to all Planner users, not just in premium plans. We will begin a phased rollout of these capabilities in basic plans starting this week, and we expect all eligible tenants to receive the update in the coming weeks.

Planner Agent for premium plan users: Continuity in capabilities

Planner Plan 1, Planner and Project Plan 3, and Planner and Project Plan 5 users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license who have already been using the preview of the Project Manager agent will continue to enjoy AI capabilities uninterrupted under the new Planner Agent branding.

What stays the same for premium plans? In a word: everything (except the name). There are no functional changes associated with this rename. The Planner Agent still offers the full feature set that was available during preview, including:

Task generation – Given a project goal or objective, the Planner Agent can automatically generate a structured plan with a set of suggested tasks, effectively jump-starting your project planning process. The agent takes your goals and breaks them down into actionable tasks. To help you get started, predefined and customizable templates on various topics are available, allowing you to quickly kickstart a plan and tailor it to meet your specific goals.
Task assignment – You retain full control over how work is distributed. Tasks can be assigned to team members or directly to the Planner Agent for autonomous completion. In premium plans, the agent is available in all existing premium plans shared with a Microsoft 365 Group, as well as in new plans created using agent-powered templates.
Automated task execution – The Planner Agent can be assigned to certain tasks to complete them autonomously. When you assign a task to the agent, it will work on it and produce detailed output captured in an embedded Loop page within each task. All plan members can collaborate directly in that Loop page, and the agent will incorporate feedback to refine its responses.
Copilot chat – This is the conversational AI experience in Microsoft Planner that lets you ask questions about your plan and tasks in it to help your work move forward. You can quickly understand status, priorities, and next steps across your plan—without digging through tasks or updates. Planner Agent Chat turns natural language into clear guidance and actions, helping you make consistent progress with less effort.

Premium users also benefit from features such as the Goals tab, where you can generate a list of tasks for each goal and use the built-in file picker to add resources as context, enabling the agent to deliver more accurate and contextually relevant responses. Additionally, the Board view lets you group tasks by the agent's progress status — from tasks not yet assigned to the agent, to those ready for review after the agent has completed execution.

What about other Planner Agent features for basic plans?

We know that basic plan users will be eager to get the full range of Planner's AI capabilities. At launch, basic plans will support the two agent features outlined above — status report generation and task execution. However, this is just the beginning for Planner Agent in basic plans.

Over the coming months, we plan to introduce more AI features to basic plan users, gradually expanding the capabilities available. Our team is actively working on broadening Planner Agent's skillset in basic plans, and you can expect to see updates that bring additional AI-powered capabilities. We will share details on these upcoming enhancements as they become ready, so stay tuned for future announcements.

The introduction of Planner Agent to all plan types in Planner marks an important milestone in our journey to bring AI-powered productivity to everyone. Whether you prefer to use basic plans or premium plans, you will now have an intelligent assistant in Planner that can help reduce the manual effort of organizing plans, tracking status, and executing tasks. This change reflects our commitment to empowering every Planner user — from small teams to large enterprises — with tools that help you achieve more with less effort.

To explore these capabilities, customers are required to have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

Introducing a refreshed design, task chat, and more in Microsoft Planner

We’re excited to announce that a modernized user interface and new features are now rolling out to basic plans in both Planner in Teams and Planner for the web. The updated design offers enhanced navigation, responsive layouts, a new goals view for setting objectives and priorities, and task chat—one of your most requested features—to enable real-time collaboration and @ mentioning team members.

This release aims to make planning easier for everyday users while preparing for future AI-powered capabilities. Our goal is to streamline planning by making it more intelligent and connected, so teams can concentrate on achieving results rather than managing tasks.

What's new in Planner

A refreshed design: With this rollout, users will be able to manage their plans in a cleaner, more modern interface that brings a more consistent planning experience across work. Planner’s new look was designed to feel simpler, allowing users to find what they need. It reduces visual clutter, improves layout and spacing, and creates a more focused workspace.

Task chat with @ mentions: A new task chat is coming to basic plans, bringing real-time, threaded conversations directly into tasks, including @ mentions, rich formatting, emojis, and notifications to help keep decisions tied to the specific task at hand. Plan members who are @ mentioned in a task will receive a notification in their Teams Activity feed and via email and can select the notification which takes them directly to the task card for additional context. Note that previously, users received notifications for every task comment, but as a result of customer feedback, we now only send notifications to mentioned users.

The ability to @ mention team members directly in a task has been a top request, and we’re excited to roll this out in a familiar, chat-based experience. Please note, premium plans will continue to utilize the existing task conversation experience. This will converge into the new experience at a later point in time.

Goals view: Basic plans will now include a dedicated Goals view, allowing teams to set clear, well-defined objectives to help prioritize work. By connecting tasks to shared goals, teams achieve greater alignment, gain clarity on priorities, and track progress and outcomes—driving the plan forward together. Access to Goals view in basic plans requires either a Planner premium license or a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.

Notes on availability

Please note that not all users will see the new Planner interface at the same time. This refreshed interface, along with Task chat and Goals view, begins rolling out to basic plans today and will continue to roll out over the coming weeks.

This is only the beginning

This redesign lays the groundwork for many more improvements coming to Planner in the next few weeks and months, including:

Project Manager agent in basic plans – to help with task execution and the creation of status reports.
Custom templates.
Planner in Outlook.

Addressing your feedback

We heard your feedback about inconsistencies between basic and premium plans. This refresh starts closing those gaps, so features appear consistently across plans based on your license. For example, users with a Planner premium license will now see Goals in basic plans, and users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license will soon have access to Project Manager Agent in basic plans as well.

Planner at Microsoft Ignite

At Microsoft Ignite 2025, we unveiled a major wave of updates that deepen the integration between Planner, Teams, and the Project Manager Agent—bringing AI-powered coordination, automation, and compliance capabilities into everyday workflows.

In meetings, Facilitator now listens for spoken intent, captures decisions as actionable tasks, and generates documents using meeting context. Tasks are automatically synced to Planner, reducing manual follow-up and ensuring alignment as soon as the meeting wraps.

In Teams channels, the Channel Agent can create and update tasks, answer plan-related questions, and produce richer status reports. These status reports are now enhanced with Planner data for better visibility into progress, risks, and blockers.

Workback plan generation is now available in channels, helping teams quickly create reverse timelines based on a target deadline.

The new Planner in Teams for GCC High

Also worth mentioning is the availability of the new Planner in Teams for our customers in the GCC High environment. As of October, all existing tasks, basic plans, and premium plans have been migrated to the new Planner in Teams. GCC High customers can now plan, track, and collaborate on work alongside their chats, meetings, and files.

The next chapter for AI-powered work management in Microsoft Planner

Today at Microsoft Ignite, we’re excited to share the next major evolution in work management—one that builds on the journey we began in April 2024, when we unified Microsoft To Do, Planner, and Project for the web into a single, modern experience we called the new Planner. Now available in Microsoft Teams and as a web app, Planner has further been enhanced with the Project Manager Agent, an AI-powered assistant that helps streamline your planning process.

Now, we’re taking the next step by bringing advanced AI skills through Project Manager Agent to our platform—delivering intelligent automation and a seamless planning environment that can help empower teams to move faster, stay aligned, and deliver results with less friction.

A day in the life: From conversation to coordination

It’s Monday morning. A product launch team gathers—some in person, some remote. Instead of action items getting lost in chat threads or emails, Facilitator and Project Manager Agent are now part of the meeting experience.

During the meeting, Facilitator listens for spoken intent and captures decisions as actionable tasks. Team members can also prompt Facilitator through the meeting chat to add, update, or assign tasks in real time. This ensures that nothing is missed and that tasks are created directly from the flow of conversation.
Project Manager Agent structures these tasks within Planner, assigning owners and due dates as directed by the team. The agent helps team members organize and track their work efficiently by making it easier to create, assign, and update tasks within Teams meetings.
Furthermore, the Project Manager Agent works alongside Facilitator to generate a marketing plan, so the team can use the document as a reference for stakeholders. The agents are able to create the document, pulling context from the meeting transcript, meeting chat, and files shared during the meeting. The document is posted in the meeting chat and is also available as an attachment to the task in the meeting plan.
As the meeting wraps up, the plan is live in Planner, with clear ownership and next steps. Everyone leaves the meeting aligned, knowing exactly what needs to be done and who is responsible.

What’s rolling out soon to general availability

Below is a list of features that are currently available in public preview and rolling out to general availability in the next two weeks.

Project Manager Agent skills in Teams meetings: Leveraging the skills of Project Manager Agent, Facilitator can create tasks during meetings and automatically extract tasks from meeting transcripts to ensure nothing is overlooked. These tasks are captured in meeting notes and seamlessly synced to Planner for enhanced post-meeting tracking. Additionally, the Facilitator can generate documents from meetings, helping resolve the "cold start" challenge. Simply @mention Facilitator to create, assign, or access tasks, or to generate required documents.

Project Manager Agent skills in Teams channels: Leveraging the skills of Project Manager Agent in Teams channels, users can create tasks, set due dates, and assign tasks seamlessly within their collaborative workspace by @mentioning the respective Channel Agent.

What’s new for Project Manager Agent and Planner

Below is a list of features that are new to Project Manager Agent, Channel Agent in Teams, and Planner.

Workback plans in Teams channels: Project Manager Agent and the Channel Agent together now support the creation of AI-powered workback plans, automatically generating a reverse timeline of tasks and milestones based on the target deadline and goal provided.

Ask questions about your plans in Teams channels: You can now ask the Channel Agent questions related to your plans in Planner. Simply @mention the Channel Agent directly in your channel conversation with questions such as: What tasks are assigned to me? What tasks need to be completed this week?

Create and update tasks with Channel Agent: You can also ask the Channel Agent to create new tasks and update existing ones. Simply @mention the Channel Agent with prompts such as: Create a task to complete the Quarterly Business Review deck. Assign the LT review prep task to Daniel. For more information, see how to create project tasks using Channel Agent.

Status reports with Planner data: Channel Agent uses its knowledge to create status reports for channel members. These status reports are delivered as a Loop file within the channel, allowing team members to review, edit, collaborate, and share with others.

Previously, the Channel Agent would generate status reports based on messages in its respective channel, as well as meeting summaries for any meetings the agent was added to. Now, status reports generated by the Channel Agent are enriched with Planner data to provide additional context, improve project visibility for all stakeholders, and enable better decision making by highlighting progress, risks, and blockers. Please note, these new capabilities in Teams channels are currently available in public preview. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to create, interact with, and manage Channel Agent in Teams. Learn how to get started with Channel Agent for Teams channels.

Support for Information Barriers: Microsoft Purview Information Barriers are policies in Microsoft 365 that a compliance admin can configure to prevent individuals or groups from communicating and collaborating with each other. Support for Information Barriers in Planner enables organizations to restrict access to plans and tasks based on user groups. This feature can help prevent data leaks, enforce internal policies, and support regulatory mandates by limiting plan visibility and collaboration to authorized segments.

Support for Information Barriers is now generally available in basic plans only across:

Planner for the web
Planner in Teams (web, desktop, and mobile)

What’s coming soon to Planner

Below is a list of additional compliance features that are currently rolling out or starting to roll out in Planner next month. Please note, these features are not being demoed at Ignite. Check the Microsoft 365 public roadmap for rollout status and additional details.

Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) label support in Planner: Up until now, Planner has supported container labels for Microsoft 365 Group-backed and Roster plans, restricting access based on label permissions. This update will enable support for content labels, enforcing Data Loss Prevention controls, such as:

Preventing users from copying task content, exporting plans to Excel or other formats, and forwarding tasks or plans to unauthorized users.
Restricting users from printing plans or tasks when the content label includes a “block print” directive and restricting users from any form of hard copy generation of sensitive plans.
Displaying watermarks on plans and tasks when required and ensuring watermark visibility across all supported clients (web, desktop, and mobile).
Inheriting content labels from Loop Task List components or other linked containers, applying the same restriction to the Roster plan created from a Loop file, and respecting label changes.
Informing users when label restrictions are in effect, preventing actions that violate label policies, and offering downgrade prompts if label changes would revoke access for certain users.

With this rollout, users will be able to apply and modify content labels on Group-backed plans. Roster plans created from meetings will inherit the meeting label.

eDiscovery support for Roster plans: Up until now, Planner has only provided eDiscovery support for modern Group-backed plans. This update will enable eDiscovery support for Roster plans as well. Once rolled out to your organization, admins will be able to pull the task data relevant to a user by selecting the individual’s mailbox. When the eDiscovery admin selects a user’s mailbox as the data source, they would see the task that the user was assigned to.

The new Planner in Microsoft Teams is now available to customers in GCC High

We’re excited to announce that the new Planner app in Microsoft Teams (web and desktop) is now available to customers in the Government Community Cloud (GCC) High environment!

There’s no migration required—your existing tasks, basic plans, and premium plans are already in the new Planner. In August, we introduced the modern Planner experience on the web for GCC High. Now, that same experience comes to Microsoft Teams—the hub for teamwork in Microsoft 365—so your teams can plan, track, and collaborate on work right alongside their chats, meetings, and files.

Getting started

Open Planner in Teams. You can also find the Planner app in the Apps browser. Start by selecting the View more apps “…” menu in the navigation bar. Then, select the Planner icon.

Once you’ve added Planner, you can pin the app (select Pin) to the left side of Teams for easy access.

Differences for customers in GCC High

It’s important to note that a few features are not available to customers in GCC High. These include:

Copilot in Planner.
Tasks assigned to you in premium plans will not appear in the My Tasks view.
The ability to convert a basic plan to a premium plan.
Task history in premium plans.
Project Manager agent.

Frequently asked questions

Does the rollout include the Planner app in Teams mobile?

No. The rollout to GCC High delivers the new Planner App in the Teams web and Desktop clients.

Is there anything I need to migrate?
No. Existing personal tasks, basic plans, and premium plans appear in the new Planner automatically.

Will I see the same features as the Microsoft commercial cloud?
Core planning features are consistent, but certain capabilities are not yet available in GCC High. We’ll share updates as these become available.

Project Manager Agent skills now available in Teams meetings and channels

Project Manager Agent skills are now available in Microsoft Teams meetings and channels, meaning you can turn meeting conversations into actionable tasks, assign and update items right in the chat, and even generate polished documents with a simple prompt. Meeting tasks sync automatically to Planner for seamless follow-up, and you can filter or retrieve tasks based on due date, assignee, or topic, all without leaving Teams. In channels, each team gets a dedicated agent to create tasks, set due dates, answer plan-related questions, and keep projects moving.

Enhancing task assignment security in Planner

Planner now supports Information Barrier (IB) policies. If your compliance admin has configured IB policies to restrict communication and collaboration between user segments, these restrictions (already supported in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) will now extend to Planner as well. Users from one segment will not be able to share plans with users in another.

This security improvement came as a result of customer feedback. Thank you for your continued input in making Planner better!

Facilitator agent helps keep Teams meetings on track and remain productive, and thanks to its new integration with Project Manager Agent’s meeting skills, you can turn conversations into execution without leaving Teams. Facilitator pulls tasks from transcripts, so nothing gets missed, and meeting tasks automatically sync to Planner for advanced tracking beyond meetings. It can even generate documents from the meeting, helping to overcome the "cold start" problem. Just @mention Facilitator to create, assign, or retrieve tasks, or generate documents.

Create tasks by simply @mentioning Facilitator during the meeting.
Assign tasks with due dates and assignees right from the chat.

Every standard and shared channel in Teams can now have its own dedicated agent, scoped to the conversations and context of that channel. Now, Project Manager Agent’s skills can be used by these channel agents, bringing powerful project management tools to your collaboration space. Ask the agent to create tasks, set due dates, or answer questions about plans and tasks, all within your team’s channel to keep everyone aligned and projects on track. To start, just @mention the channel’s agent (which takes on the name of the channel itself).

Microsoft Project Online is retiring: What you need to know

After more than a decade of supporting project managers and teams around the world, Project Online will officially retire on September 30, 2026. We know this is a significant change, and we want to acknowledge the impact it may have on your organization, your workflows, and your planning processes.

This update is exclusive to Project Online and does not affect Project desktop, Project Server, or Planner.

Why this change is happening

Project Online has served organizations well, but its legacy architecture limits innovation and integration that enhance today’s collaborative work environments, as we announced in 2018. With certain SharePoint Online workflow design tools deprecating in 2026, Microsoft is prioritizing innovation within Planner, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the Project Manager agent, which represents a new generation of work management tools designed to be more intuitive, scalable, and powered by AI. These tools are built to support both simple task tracking and complex project planning, while integrating deeply across Microsoft 365.

What this means for you

No immediate disruption: Your current Project Online environment will continue to function as expected until the retirement date.
Key dates:

October 1, 2025: End of sale for new customers for Project Online-only SKUs.
September 30, 2026: Official retirement date – Project Online will no longer be available.

Project desktop remains available and is not impacted by this change.
Planner remains available, bringing together the simplicity of To Do, the collaboration of Planner, the power of Project for the web, and the intelligence of Microsoft 365 Copilot into a simple, familiar experience.

There are several transition options available, depending on your organization’s needs:

Planner: A unified solution for modern work and project management. Premium features in Planner (included in Planner and Project Plan 3 and Planner and Project Plan 5) deliver portfolios, baselines, dependencies, and Gantt charts. Premium license holders (including Project Online customers) already have access to Planner and Project desktop. Now in public preview, Planner introduces Project Manager agent—an AI assistant that automates task creation, status reporting, and execution, adapting to your project’s context and generating professional reports across Planner views—for Microsoft 365 Copilot users.
Project Server Subscription Edition: Designed for organizations needing advanced project and portfolio management (PPM) or a close match to the feature set of Project Online. Project Server Subscription Edition provides comprehensive planning, scheduling, and resource management tools, built on the latest SharePoint Server technology.
Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Tailored for customers who require robust timesheet management and resource scheduling, Dynamics 365 Project Operations offers integrated tools for project delivery and financials.

How to prepare

This retirement will happen automatically on the specified dates with no admin action required.
You may want to notify your users and update any internal documentation to reflect the above changes.
Evaluate the alternatives proposed above and plan the transition immediately.
Back up your data, if needed, before the retirement date.

Is Planner included in my Microsoft 365 subscription?

Planner with premium features is available through Planner Plan 1, Planner and Project Plan 3, or Planner and Project Plan 5 licenses. Planner Basic is included in Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 subscriptions. Users with E3, E5, and equivalent licenses can also participate as team members on Planner premium plans.

What is the Project Manager agent?

An AI-powered assistant that helps automate task creation, status reporting, and execution. It works across Planner views and helps teams stay on track with minimal manual effort. It also provides Copilot chat capabilities inside Planner.

Can I continue using Project desktop?

Yes. Project desktop is not impacted by this change and will continue to be available.

What happens to my Project Online projects at the end of September 2026?

After Project Online is retired in September 2026, you will no longer be able to access your projects or any associated data within the service. To avoid disruption and potential data loss, it is essential that you back up your data/projects and complete your transition to either Planner or Project Server Subscription Edition before the retirement date.

I’m an existing customer of Project Online, when will I stop being able to create new tenants?

Starting April 1, 2026, current customers will no longer be able to create new tenants in Project Online.

What is happening to Project Server 2016 and Project Server 2019?

Both products will come to extended support on July 14, 2026. We recommend upgrading to Project Server Subscription Edition.

It intelligently identifies which tasks can benefit from external information, performs the search, and incorporates relevant insights and references directly into the Project Manager agent output. This capability respects your organization’s existing controls—if web search is enabled for a user, it works automatically with no additional setup required.

Smarter plan generation with quality improvements

We’ve rolled out improvements for Project Manager agent that significantly increase the quality of generated plans. Whether you're planning a sprint or setting quarterly goals, Project Manager agent now delivers smarter, more actionable suggestions. Try it out by going to the Goals view of any premium plan and selecting Generate tasks when you input a goal.

New entry point for AI chat

Project Manager agent chat (previously Copilot in Planner) is now available through a new floating button at the bottom right of your plan. This update makes it easier to interact with Project Manager agent from anywhere within your plan, allowing you to ask questions, get help organizing tasks, or understand what’s next. Project Manager agent chat is available to users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license in personal and shared premium plans.

New Planner for the web available to GCC High customers

The new Planner for the web experience is now available to customers in the GCC High environment, marking an important milestone for secure task management in highly regulated organizations. With this release, users can access all their tasks, basic plans, and premium plans directly on the web—no migration required. Note that a few premium features are not yet available in GCC High, such as Copilot in Planner and task history for premium plans. Read more in our announcement blog post.

When rolled out to your organization, users with a Microsoft 365 license who visit Planner for the web https://tasks.office365.us/ will receive the new Microsoft Planner experience, bringing together the simplicity of Microsoft To Do, the collaboration of Microsoft Planner, and the power of Microsoft Project for the web into a simple, familiar experience with a rich set of capabilities for individual and team work management. These include:

The ability to access all your plans, projects and to do lists in a single place
Access all your tasks assigned to you within My Tasks and manage your priorities in a My Day view.
Manage and coordinate work using various plan views (Grid, Board, Charts, Schedule, and more)!

Experiencing premium capabilities in the new Planner for the web

In Planner for the web, you'll be able to collaborate in plans that have premium features including Timeline (Gantt) view, dependencies, sprints, custom fields, team workload, managing goals, and more! If you already have a Planner and Project premium license, you’re already equipped with access to the new Planner’s premium capabilities corresponding to the license you have.

Differences for customers in GCC High

It’s important to note that a few features are not available to customers in GCC High. These include:

Copilot and the Project Manager Agent in Planner.
Tasks assigned to you in premium plans will not appear in My Tasks view.
The ability to convert basic plans to premium plans.
Task history in premium plans.
Portfolios.
Plan backgrounds in basic plans.
Task Publishing.

My Day and My Tasks now default to Board view

We're rolling out a smoother planning experience—now, when you open My Day or My Tasks, you'll see your work organized in Board view by default instead of Grid view. This update makes it easier to visually arrange, prioritize, and track your tasks, helping you stay focused and productive at a glance.

Status reports now available in 40+ languages

Last month, we shared that status reports were available in public preview. With this update, you can now generate status reports in any language that is also available for Microsoft 365 Copilot. See the full list of supported languages for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Project for the web retirement next month

Starting August 1st, 2025, we will be transitioning all users to Microsoft Planner. To provide a unified work management experience, we are retiring Project for the web, as well as the Project and Roadmap apps in Microsoft Teams. As part of this change, users are now able to view and manage non-default environment plans in Planner, and tenants with only Project licenses are able to access basic in addition to premium plan functionality in Planner. Get real-time task notifications for Project Manager agent via email

In May, we introduced real-time task notifications for Project Manager agent in Planner in Teams, alerting you when a task is completed and ready for review or when your input is needed to move it forward. We’re now expanding these capabilities to send you notifications via email.

This enhancement gives you more flexibility in how you stay informed, helping you maintain momentum on critical tasks—even when you’re away from Teams. Whether you prefer to manage your day from your inbox or your Activity feed, these notifications ensure you never miss a beat on the tasks assigned to Project Manager agent.

Boost efficiency with Planner's bulk editing feature

Planner’s new bulk editing feature is here to simplify task management. In the Grid view of any basic plan, you can now update multiple tasks simultaneously—assign tasks, adjust priorities, update progress, and modify start and due dates—all in one go.

To get started, navigate to a basic plan and select the Grid view. Then, select a set of tasks you want to update by either selecting and dragging the tasks or by using Ctrl + the up arrow or down arrow.

Use Project Manager agent to generate status reports - now in public preview

The new Status Reports feature in Planner in Teams enables you to auto-synthesize your plan's progress, milestones, risks, and next steps, ensuring everyone on your team has shared visibility. All report features, including the ability to share the status report as a newsletter, are now available in public preview for all English users. Support for additional languages is being rolled out in the coming days. Learn more about how to generate status reports in minutes with Project Manager agent in Planner.

Project Manager agent now supported in 40+ languages

We’re excited to share that Project Manager agent is now multi-lingual! With this update, you can now use the Project Manager agent to generate and execute on tasks in any language that is also available for Microsoft 365 Copilot, excluding Arabic and Hebrew for now. Note that Arabic and Hebrew support, as well as the ability to generate status reports in these languages, will be available later this week. See the full list of supported languages for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Now that we’re halfway through the year, our team would love to recap some of our favorite Planner features that have shipped recently:

Project Manager agent in public preview: The Project Manager agent is an AI-powered virtual project manager designed to enhance your planning experience by streamlining workflows and handling tasks on your behalf. The Project Manager agent integrates AI directly into your plans, empowering you to focus on strategy, while enabling smarter team collaboration. See our announcement blog post to learn more.

Custom backgrounds: Personalize your workspace with images or themes, enhancing visual appeal and organization. To add a background, open the Plan details of any basic plan by either selecting the plan name or the dropdown menu next to it in the plan header.

Board view in My Day and My Tasks: With Board view now available in My Day and My Tasks, you can manage and prioritize your tasks in a more visual way.

Reorder columns across all plans: Previously, reordering columns was only available in premium plans. With this update, reordering columns is available across all Grid views. To try it out, simply select and drag the column headers to rearrange them, or use the CTRL + Shift + < and CTRL + Shift + > keyboard shortcuts.

Generate status reports using Project Manager agent: The new Status Reports feature in Planner in Teams enables you to auto-synthesize your plan's progress, milestones, risks, and next steps, ensuring everyone on your team has shared visibility. Generate status reports in minutes

Are you looking to streamline your project updates? The new Status Reports feature in Planner in Teams is here to help! You can quickly and easily auto-synthesize your plan's progress, milestones, risks, and next steps, ensuring everyone on your team has shared visibility. Customize these reports to fit any audience and timeframe, making your updates more relevant and impactful.

To get started, navigate to the Planner app in Teams and open a premium plan, or a plan with Project Manager that has at least ten tasks. Select the Reports tab, specify the reporting period, and add any specific details you want to include. The generated report will be displayed in a Loop component for real-time coediting, making collaboration easier than ever. You can also share the newsletter in SharePoint.

Utilize Project Manager across multiple views

Project Manager agent is no longer limited to Board view. Now users can also access the Project Manager in Grid, Timeline, and People view.

This allows users to:

Assign tasks to the Project Manager across all four views: Grid, Board, People, and Timeline.
Access the Project Manager as a plan member in both People view and the assigned pivot in Board view.
Drag and drop tasks to the Project Manager bucket to assign tasks to Project Manager in both Board and People view.

Transition to Planner and prepare for the retirement of Project for the web

Starting this August, Planner is set to replace Project for the web, bringing all your task management tools under one unified platform. Users will automatically be redirected to Planner, which offers enhanced features like Goals, Sprints, task history, and advanced dependencies, alongside AI powered tools like Copilot and Project Manager agent. No need to worry about migration or licensing changes—everything transitions seamlessly!

To prepare for this change, administrators can notify users and update internal resources to reflect the new Planner environment. We’re currently working to close some of the gaps between Project for the web and Planner, such as the ability to view and manage non-default environment plans directly in Planner which was released last month. Generate status reports in minutes with Project Manager agent in Planner

We’re excited to introduce the Status Reports feature in the Planner app for Microsoft Teams! With this latest addition to the Project Manager agent, you can eliminate the pain of manual reporting by automatically generating professional, comprehensive project updates in minutes, keeping everyone—from your team to leadership—effortlessly informed.

A video demonstrates how, leveraging the power of Project Manager agent, users can now generate professional, detailed, and customized reports about the status of their projects in a matter of minutes; then share project status effortlessly across teams.

Why it matters

Regular, transparent updates are crucial for keeping your team aligned, tracking goals, and ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to fast track project progress. Traditionally, creating these status reports has been a time‑consuming process, often requiring manual data gathering and formatting across multiple tools—distracting you from high‑value work.

With Status Reports in Planner, powered by Project Manager, you can now:

Save hours. Auto‑synthesize plan progress, milestones, risks, and next steps in one click.

Ensure shared visibility. Highlight wins, surface blockers, and deliver a consistent, data‑backed snapshot of project health for teammates, leadership, or customers.

Customize every report. Pick a timeframe, define reporting goals, and adapt tone for any audience with flexible parameters.

Share anywhere. Drop a Loop component in Teams, copy to Outlook, or transform the report into a SharePoint newsletter for regular updates and engaging communications.

Track progress and collaborate live. Instantly view reports generated by your team, easily manage and browse archived reports, then refine them together in real time.

And you can do all these things directly from within your plan.

How it works

Navigate to Microsoft teams and open the Planner app.
Open a Premium plan or a Plan with Project Manager that has at least ten tasks.
Ensure the plan is shared with a group. If not, share it by selecting the Share button at the top right.
Navigate to the Reports tab.
Select Get Started on the top banner in the Reports tab.
- To add a reporting time period, navigate to Choose reporting period, select the dropdown to specify the period of time you want the report to cover.
- Under Provide more details, you have the option to add specific details about what you'd like in the report. For example, "Create a comprehensive update on high-priority items for the leadership team."
Select Generate. The Project Manager agent will synthesize information from the plan to create a tailored report.
Your report will display in a Loop Canvas to support co-editing in real time, and you will receive an in-app notification with a link to the report.
Share with a click. Copy the Loop component to Teams or Outlook or select Share as newsletter to generate a polished SharePoint email.

Quick tip: Need to revisit previous reports? The Recent reports list keeps your last ten at hand and View all opens the full SharePoint archive.

Availability

The status report feature in Project Manager agent will start rolling out to our English-US customers and will be available broadly in the coming weeks. To access status reports, users must have access to Project Manager.

To access the public preview of Project Manager, customers are required to have a Microsoft 365 Copilot and a Microsoft Loop license. Users without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license or Microsoft Loop can collaborate on plans, but cannot interact with Project Manager, such as assigning tasks to the project manager or generating a status report.

The new Status Report feature works on the following plans with more than ten tasks:

Project Manager enabled plans
Shared premium plans

Get real-time task notifications for Project Manager agent in Planner

We’re excited to announce that real-time task notifications for the Project Manager agent in Planner are now in public preview in Planner in Microsoft Teams.

With this update, staying informed has never been easier. As the Project Manager agent in Planner helps execute tasks that are assigned to it, you’ll now receive timely updates when:

A task assigned to the Project Manager agent has been completed and it’s ready for your review.

The Project Manager agent requires your input to move a task forward.

These notifications show up right within your Teams Activity feed, helping you stay informed and ready to take action — right where your work happens.

Why it matters

Timely notifications help you:

Stay on top of task progress.

Act quickly when something needs your attention.

Improve accountability across your team.

Ensure deadlines are met with confidence.

Even when your focus shifts to other priorities, these notifications ensure you remain informed about the tasks being managed by the Project Manager agent.

How it works

With a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, you can generate and execute tasks with the Project Manager agent. Transitioning to Microsoft Planner and retiring Microsoft Project for the web

Today, we are announcing the transition to Planner, which aims to provide a unified work management experience through a modern work stack integrating Project for the web, To Do, and Planner. In August 2025, we will retire Project for the web, as well as the Project and Roadmap apps in Microsoft Teams. Users will be redirected to Planner for the web and Planner in Teams as Project for the web becomes Planner.

Streamlined tools with a focus on innovation and user experience

Previously, Project for the web, Project in Teams, and Roadmap in Teams operated as separate endpoints from Planner. Since Planner for the web and Planner in Teams include the same premium plans as Project for the web, we are consolidating our endpoints to ease confusion. Additionally, Planner integrates basic plans—those created with a Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 license—into a single solution. By unifying our platforms and capabilities, we’ve created an integrated experience within one app, allowing users to seamlessly access both premium and basic plans with a premium plan license for an improved work management experience. This transition is the next step in delivering the experience announced at Microsoft Ignite 2023.

No migration or change in licensing is required—all plans previously created in Project for the web are accessible in both Planner for the web and Planner in Teams. With a premium license, Planner provides access to familiar capabilities such as basic plans, along with premium features like Goals, Sprints, Task History, Advanced Dependencies with lead and lag, Baselines, and more. Additionally, it includes our next-generation AI-powered work management tools, including Copilot and the Project Manager agent.

Transitioning to Planner (redirect from Project for the web and Project and Roadmap apps in August 2025)

Starting in early August, for users who have not already transitioned, when launching Project for the web or Roadmap for the web, users will see a page redirecting them to open Planner for the web https://planner.cloud.microsoft/; you may also use Planner in Teams.
Existing Project and Roadmap tabs in Teams will no longer open the associated projects but will inform users to re-pin their tab using the Planner tab for Teams.
The Project tab and Roadmap tab apps are no longer available in the Teams app store.
Users can manage and create premium plans in Planner, like their current usage in Project for the web.
The Project Power App will retain its user experience and be renamed “Planner Power App.”

Benefits of using Planner, plus new capabilities

Customers find that having too many work management apps can reduce collaboration, miss opportunities, and lower productivity. Planner addresses this by offering one work management solution:

A consolidated view of all tasks in “My Tasks” and “My Day.”
Access to premium and basic plans and features, from task management to enterprise-level capabilities with low code/no code extensibility.

Planner supports your company's work management journey with familiar features, enhanced experiences, and a focus on innovation with a foundation of AI and security including:

AI capabilities to automate and boost productivity.
Enterprise-grade security at every level.
Collaboration between humans and AI for efficient team project management.

Copilot in Planner (public preview) and Microsoft 365 Copilot with the new Project Manager agent (public preview) help users work smarter. Project Manager agent automates project management tasks, from plan creation to task execution for you and your team. Easily create new plans, generate tasks by adding goals, assign tasks to the agent, and tracks the agent’s progress.

Between late April and early September 2025, we will introduce the following functionalities to Planner:

Planner rollout to Government Cloud Community (GCC) High.
Users will be able view and manage non-default environment (named organization) plans directly in Planner.
The Project Power App will be renamed “Planner Power App” (buttons will be updated accordingly).
Project Microsoft 365 admin center settings will migrate to the Planner page.
Tenants with premium licenses with no Microsoft 365 license will gain access to basic plan functionality in Planner.

Project for the web features that will not be available in Planner to simplify the solution include:

Roadmaps: Planner will not support opening Roadmaps. Instead, users can use the Planner Portfolio feature to re-create their existing Roadmaps as Portfolios. Note that Portfolios in Planner will not support adding rows for Azure DevOps or Project Online. Roadmap data will remain available in Dataverse.
Import .mpp files: The ability to import a plan created in Project desktop is not available in Planner but can be done through Planner (formerly Project) Power Apps/Accelerator. Learn how to move your project from Project desktop to Planner Power Apps.
Roadmap tab in Teams: Users are not able to pin Portfolios as a tab in Teams.

How can you prepare for the transition?

To ensure a smooth transition to Planner, we recommend that administrators notify users and update any internal documentation to reflect the changes. This retirement will happen automatically in August with no admin action required before or after the rollout. We recommend that you re-create existing Roadmaps as Portfolios in Planner before the redirect begins; and to proactively re-pin your Project in Teams tabs using the Planner in Teams tabs. Supporting resources are available, including detailed guidelines on how to re-create existing Roadmaps as Portfolios in Planner, how to create a new plan with Copilot in Planner (public preview), and how to access and use the Project Manager agent to generate tasks for a plan and assign Project Manager to tasks for execution. This feature improves accountability, helps meet deadlines, and keeps teams on track—even amid shifting priorities. Notifications are enabled by default but can be managed through Teams settings. Hide columns in My Day and My Tasks

This feature lets you tweak your task grid in My Day and My Tasks by hiding the columns you don't need. It remembers your settings across devices—so no need to redo it every time! Coupled with the column reordering capability released last month, this feature allows you to concentrate on task details that are most relevant to you.

Manage non-default environment plans in Planner

You can now view and manage non-default environment plans directly in Planner, and view recently opened plans from a non-default environment under the Recent section. Now, when you select the plan, it will open directly in Planner. You can also view which environment the plan belongs to by hovering over the plan name in the Recent section.

Bug fixes in Planner

Earlier this month, we addressed performance issues that caused Planner to load slowly in Teams and led to slow response times in basic plans. We also fixed a bug in basic plans to ensure that the Board view loads by default when you open a basic plan. Thank you for your feedback in helping us identify these issues!
