Office werkt niet

Ik wilde office installeren op mijn nieuwe Dell computer maar dat lukt niet.

Iemand zei Microsoft registreert op w,elke systemen je office hebt geïnstalleerd maar registreert niet op welke systemen je die weer hebt verwijderd. Toen ik in de jaren 1970, mijn automatiseringsbedrijf Infocient startte, bestond er nog niet zoiets als mail,whatsapp en dergelijke, en schreef ik een brief aan Microsoft over Quicbasic-functies voor Hard-disk en kreeg keurig bericht terug van Bill Gates. Weliswaar een fotokopie van mijn eigen brief, waarop door hem geschreven may be next year....

Ik weet dat de huidige tijd anders is. Ik ben nu 86 jaar, heb 6 jaar geleden een beroerte gekregen en ben daardoor rechts verlamd en spraakgestoord, dus telefoneren met jullie is niet mogelijk.

Wat moet ik nu doen om OFFICE weer draaiend te krijgen? Ik heb Office inderdaad ook binnen Linux Virtual Box enkele malen geïnstalleerd gehad, maar nooit aan anderen verkocht of gegeven
