Viva Engage presentation on Brazilian Portuguese

My company, an hospital at the south of Brazil is migrating from Workplace to something else because the service gonna be terminated next year. So far, by what i found Viva Engage seens to be the best alternative, but i can't seen to find a contact of someone here in Brazil i can talk about, understand and ask about some doubts i have, if anybody can point me on the right direction i'm thankful.

Viva engage embed code not working in chrome

I am trying to integrate Viva engage embed code on our website. It is working fine only in edge but not in chrome. Anything specific that I need to do to make it work in chrome and other browsers ?

So I am having an issue where the answers tab is not accessible. At least from Teams or the web. There is one place where i can get to it and that is from the viva engage mobile app. This seems to be site wide. From what I can tell, answers is on and enabled. But i can only get to it using the viva engage mobile app.

I tried contacting MS support, they said they could reproduce but couldn't assist and gave e an email for viva specific support. When i used that email I got a response saying I didn't have permissions to send to that email address.

Just thought I would post here to see if anyone had similar issues with answers, or had any ideas on what may be going on.

Just to follow on the question posted during yesterday's meeting:

Do you have any plans to let some companies to try Premium features for 30 days or so. In our case, we cannot really promote extra features to our customers, as the cost of it seems to high.. i found it is 12 dollars/per user/per month. The other person mentioned 8-9 dollars. Which price is the correct one?
