      <title>Viva Insights - How can I replace the Organization field data without any data loss?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Viva Insights - org upload transition from Viva Insights to admin.microsoft.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the last time I performed a manual organizational data upload, the organizational data upload process has moved from Viva insights to admin.microsoft.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;At this moment in time the manual CSV import is my selected choice.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am hoping to find an explanation of the field mappings from the old CSV upload template (DataUpload_template.csv) compared to the new CSV upload template (OrgDataTemplate - with skills.xlsx) -- Microsoft's help articles do not appear to include these details -- it does not appear I'm able to attach the templates here&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My goal is to perform a new manual upload and replace the &lt;STRONG&gt;organization &lt;/STRONG&gt;field with a new set of data for all employees without losing any other existing data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I must understand how the new upload template maps to the data fields that I've been uploading&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I'll then need to understand what steps I must take to replace the organization field without losing any data&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With this new dashboard, users can dive into Copilot Credit usage – which measures how agents are used – and&amp;nbsp;identify&amp;nbsp;opportunities to&amp;nbsp;optimize&amp;nbsp;and track agent adoption over time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-ccp-props="{}"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

To access Viva Insights for the web or Microsoft Teams, you must have an active Exchange Online account.", when I try to install/open Viva Insights app on Teams or when I try to open insights.cloud.microsoft. When I try to do it through viva.cloud.microsoft I am just getting a blank page after clicking on it. These business outcomes might include productivity metrics at both the task and job levels, such as the number of emails sent by your sales team or the number of closed deals. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To facilitate this, we’re excited to announce the general availability of business data upload via .csv file. This functionality lets you import your business data directly to Viva Insights through individual .csv files. This platform utilizes Organizational data in Microsoft 365, which centralizes organizational data uploads across Viva and Microsoft 365 apps, making it faster to reuse your organizational data across apps without needing to upload data for each app individually. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some customers have already transitioned, while others are still using the Viva Insights web app until they receive communications about their transition.&lt;/P&gt;

Now, we’re excited to announce that we’re expanding this capability to also include Viva Insights reports. With this change, admins can exclude employees not just from the Copilot Dashboard’s analyses, but also from Viva Insights behavior collaboration reports and from advanced analysis more broadly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your organization might want to exclude certain users from being included in aggregated insights for various reasons, such as legal, compliance, or ethical concerns. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

This includes&amp;nbsp;any&amp;nbsp;minimum&amp;nbsp;group size thresholds&amp;nbsp;you have set or&amp;nbsp;any managers you have enabled for manager insights.&amp;nbsp;Any delegates currently assigned to a manager will also continue to have the same access in the new experience.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-ccp-props="{}"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Focus time - allow exceptions?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I love Focus time and have been using it for some time now. What I'd like to see is an exception so that I can leave say Friday mornings for 1:1s so even though my 8am-9am is open and potentially a candidate for Focus time, I would like to keep it open so my team can set up 1:1s during that time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this something that is on the roadmap?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Set up Focus time without reminder?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past, I have been able to set up Focus time on my calendar and it has not had a reminder that pops up like a typical meeting reminder (15 minutes before the time starts).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to the dashboard and did not a setting to set up Focus time without a reminder. Can you please enable that so that it blocks the time on my calendar but does not pop up that reminder 15 minutes before the event start time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would like to review the engagement, split into 4 categories (highly engaged, moderately engaged, slightly engaged &amp;amp; disengaged), but I cannot find it -- only open rate, deliveries, and forwards. I received these insights on a similar mail I sent in February. Is this data still being generated?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;As part of the Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) Change Management query template for analysts, a new third insights category is now available. This category of insights is focused on highlighting employee groups deemed to be “brokers of information flow.”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;Groups identified as top information brokers often serve as central hubs dictating the flow of information throughout the employee network. But these groups could also give rise to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;collaboration overload&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;, because a significant proportion of information is flowing through the group(s).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;With these insights, therefore, business leaders can now identify which groups within their companies might be acting as information bottlenecks, and take the appropriate steps to adjust the flow of information or collaboration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;In the screenshot below, for instance, the Finance-Corporate group is ranked as the #3 top information broker, and the up arrow indicates that it moved into the top five information brokers. The down arrow for the Human Resources group, meanwhile, means it moved &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt; of the top five information brokers.       <title>Person to Person Query Results reduced</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been using the Person to Person query in MS Viva Insights to look at collaboration patterns.&amp;nbsp; I would run the query for a 6 month period, export the csv file and analyse the results in R studio.&amp;nbsp; However, in February 25 I noticed the results set was returning fewer rows and now in March I can run the query with no selection made other than a date range and the files empty.&amp;nbsp; The feedback internally is that there has been no change and other exports such as the Wellbeing and Manager effectiveness return files with 100k plus of rows, but the Person to Person query is no longer working as expected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MS Forms suggested upgrades</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings, I've been using MS Forms for a while now. I love the concept and how it works but I think its a bit limiting. I strongly suggest the improvements listed below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Add static information text fields to forms that are not numbered and are not for user response.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Have the ability to use 2 images, a separate form Header image and different Image for the background.&lt;BR /&gt;3) The ability to change the default text on the button from, "Start Now" to something more appropriate with the form.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="auto"&gt;First, a wider set of metrics for the Copilot Dashboard now lets customers analyze the frequency of employee usage patterns of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Let’s dive in for more details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-ccp-props="{}"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H4&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;Copilot Dashboard usage and retention metrics&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-ccp-props="{}"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;In response to customer requests for deeper insights into how often employees use Copilot, we’ve expanded the capabilities of the Copilot Dashboard, to now include &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;usage intensity&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt; and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;retention&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt; metrics.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;With usage intensity, customers can see which groups of employees are using Copilot one to five times per time period, six to 10 times per time period, and 11 times or more. Customers can also see how consistently employees are using Copilot on a monthly basis, based on the number of weeks employees are actively using Copilot each month.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;The Copilot Dashboard’s exclusion list feature allows Microsoft 365 global admins to exclude certain employees from the dashboard’s aggregated insights. Admins might want to exclude specific employees for legal, compliance or ethical concerns. Previously, admins could only exclude employees individually by using a .csv file. Now, we’re excited to announce that admins can also exclude employees by identifying groups of people they’d like to exclude using Microsoft Entra ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;With delegate access, those with access to organizational insights or the Copilot Dashboard can “delegate” that access to others in their company on their behalf. Now, an expansion of this capability allows employees who &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt;don’t&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-contrast="none"&gt; have that access to request it from their group manager. (Employees can request access to organizational insights, but not the Copilot Dashboard.)
