However, when attempting to claim Microsoft 365 Business Basic nonprofit licenses in the Admin Center (Billing → Purchase services), we receive the error: 'Sorry, your organization is not eligible for this offer.' The nonprofit approval is confirmed but the licenses are not linked to our tenant. Please activate the nonprofit grant licenses for our tenant.

I tried to contact by phone (0800 020 2546 given by https://admin.microsoft.com/ for The Netherlands) but the number seems to be offline.

After that I tried to create a support ticket at: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com

Hi all,

We successfully renewed a non profit grant (https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure shows it is active from 30/03/2026), however it is not showing in the Azure portal at all.

In the Azure portal, the payment methods tab does not show any credits. Does someone know how to resolve this? I have sent a support request to Microsoft but have no idea of what their timelines are like for responding.
