      <title>Copilot For Sales - Dynamics Environment Switching</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2 dynamics environments we've been using for the Copilot for Sales Roll-out (UAT and Production).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We've currently deployed into Production and onboarded our Sales Team users.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As an admin, I would like to switch my environment back to UAT to complete some customisation testing in our UAT environment, before I roll it out in Production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I switch the environment from my account (as an Admin) from Prod to UAT. Is there any knock-on effect for other users? Will it affect the configuration I've already set-up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently have 2 full admins for Copilot for Sales, the other admin would stay in Production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any guidance is appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to connect our Salesforce sandbox to the Copilot Sales app. I was able to log in and I can see the connected app and Copilot for Sales Integration User, but no permission sets. When the log in pop-up closes upon log-in, the Sales settings show that Salesforce is disconnected and when I reconnect, I see this error message: "Couldn’t complete the connected app deployment to Salesforce. Try again."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I uninstalled the connected app in SF and started the process again and am getting the same results. What should I do to successfully connect Salesforce sandbox to Copilot for Sales?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it can generate reports, why can't Copilot add a column when I ask it to?&lt;BR /&gt;Example: Need to add a SKU column, which is on the semantic model in this matrix visual, but it says the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to add the SKU field from the Sales &amp;amp; Sold Returns table to your matrix visual, placing it after Product Brand and before Item Name. I followed all the steps suggested in the MS documentation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the app is deployed in Outlook/Teams,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Copilot for Sales licensed is assigned,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power Platform trial environment is enabled and no DLP blocks configured for the Copilot for Sales apps,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;our Salesforce CRM connected app is approved for Power Platform and the test users are system administrators.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After all that, we're still getting the errors below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error from Outlook client and Teams client&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The licenses assigned to this user do not allow creation of a Trial environment.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the following error when trying to create a custom object record in copilot for sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There’s a new required field in this form, and your Copilot for Sales admin will have to update the settings to match before you can save this here. Send these error details to your admin, and ask them to match the required fields in Copilot for Sales to the ones in [Dynamics 365/Salesforce], then try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The two required fields are already added. The only other field required is the contact field and that is greyed out in the teams settings. If is a rather siple object so not sure what is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
