Windows 11 taskbar notification are not consistent on multi-monitors configurations

Issue:

 

When I receive a teams message, it appears on both monitor taskbars; however, after addressing the message (viewing/replying), my primary/default monitor refreshes to state I have no messages, but the secondary monitor still states that I have a message (does not refresh).

 

Desired Result:

 

Consistent taskbar notification information across all display.
