Windows 11 - Shell Infrastructure Host

Hey,

After first update to Windows 11 I see Shell Infrastructure Host process uses around 20% CPU time, which causes one core to remain at around 50C (usually all are like 30-35C).

 

It was not the issue when upgraded to WIN11, only appeared after first WIN11 update.
