Windows 11 "No such interface supported"

In windows 11, I am perfectly able to open and view .jpg files (pictures). When connecting a mobile phone to my PC and trying to open a .jpg file from inside the phone's DCIM library, I get the error message "No such interface supported". Any suggestions?
