When I do a "pin to start" for a folder or app, it marks the item as pinned in the popup menu, but the icon does not show up in my Start area until I either reboot or log off and log back on. It then shows up okay.  When I delete the icon in the Start area it does correctly disappear immediately. I can pin several programs and folders and nothing shows in Start. Workaround is to reboot, but this is a nuisance.

I have a dual monitor system. Just auto-updated to Win11 a few days ago. Another update came in today. I hoped the problem would be fixed but it is still present.
