Windows 11 Network Connections Bug

Occasional Visitor

After upgrading to Windows 11 I noticed my Network Adapter settings were changed from a manual IP Address to an automatic IP Address. I went into Network Connections and updated the connection from Automatic to manual. After assigning the IP Address I get a message saying the IP Address is already assigned to a network adapter, the problem is the adapter the prompt says the IP is assigned to is actually the one I am trying to update. I then went into the new Windows Settings and attempted to change the IP Address there and it actually updated properly. This looks to only affect the legacy Control Panel Network and Internet Adapter Settings.
