Noticed an issue from the recent update for November Patch. Whenever I restart my PC all of my icons go nuts all over the screen. They do not retain their last position that I set. However they retain a different version from when my screen was a smaller size. I would like to note, this was not an issue on Windows 10 64bit Pro. I have also deleted my icon cache from AppData Local due to an article I found online that windows 10 used to suffer from this. Anyone else having this issue? Or is it a known issue?
