[Windows 11] File Explorer lags after few hours of PC usage

Occasional Visitor

After some time of booting up the PC, you will start noticing that the File Explorer has a one really annoying bug. To sum it up: Drag & Drop from file explorer causes the drag animation to be really slow; Leaving File Explorer open in the background while using other apps spreads this bug to those other apps (for example, clicking a native Windows component sometimes takes few seconds to respond); And overall the whole system feels super slow. What's fascinating is that after closing the file explorer, the bug disappears.

I left a video attached for the full demonstration.

PS: The mouse cursor moving slowly while the window is being dragged in the video is a part of the bug, I'm actually moving the cursor at the same speed as it's before dragging the explorer window.
