I've only been using Windows 11 for about a week and I noticed a bug today while attempting to pull up the file explorer from the task bar. It was not minimized, just in the background of the program I had maximized at the time.  Upon clicking the preview window, file explorer flashed briefly on top of the program and a fraction of a second later returned to some layer below the maximized window.  The program was Audacity, but the problem doesn't seem to be limited to one program, as I am realizing this has happened with Audacity, Chrome, Unity, Pyzo, and even Notepad.  The issue does, however, appear to be exclusive to file explorer, or at least I haven't experienced it in relation to anything else.  Restarting explorer.exe did not help, once I finally resorted to ctl alt del to open task manager after failing to open it by right clicking the task bar. (Speaking of which, there are actually quite a few complaints I have about the removed/rearranged features and settings of the task bar but they've no doubt been repeated to death by everyone else).  As an aside, I have noticed that the taskbar (hidden) also has an issue displaying on top of maximized programs, forcing a push of the windows key to multitask.  Neither of these issues were present in Windows 10, so I believe they may originate from a bug unique to Windows 11.  This is certainly not an urgent issue in the slightest, but it is a little annoying.  I figured I would post this here just in case this particular issue had not been reported yet.  If it matters, I'm using an ASUS Zenbook Flip Q538E with completely stock hardware and no modifications.
