Problem formatting a date in windows 10 and windows 11.

Date.ParseExact("12.may.2021", "dd.MMM.yyyy", System.Globalization.DateTimeFormatInfo.CurrentInfo)

returns Date Format Error

Function DateTime.Now.ToString("dd.MMM.yyyy")  returns "15.oct..2021"  instead "15.oct.2021"

only windows 10 and windows 11.
