Win 11 Desktop bug

Sometimes when clicking on an icon on the desktop it'll open another completely different application. For example, just a minute ago I clicked on the Firefox icon and it opened Windows photos to a photo I had as a shortcut to on the desktop.

It's happened a couple of other times in the last 6 weeks or so.
