Win 11 - App "Chat": not clear how to remove an MS account associated to Windows local user account

In a new Windows 11 installation, with a local account, when the user configures "Chat" (Microsoft Teams), they will be asked to "use the Microsoft account everywhere on the device" (see "img_1" attached), and it's not clear how to avoid this (in the actual design, the purpose of the button "Microsoft apps only" is not clear).

After clicking on "next" and completing the configuration, in "Settings > Account > Your Info" it's also not clear how to remove the association between the Microsoft account email, and the local account (see "img_2" attached). To do that, you need to clic on "Stop signing in to all Microsoft apps automatically".

I think that it's necessary to change the text of the button "Microsoft apps only" (img_1), explaining this better, and also change the text "Stop signing in to all Microsoft apps automatically" (img_2) with something clearer.
