White curved borders on whole system on Windows 11. Doesn't even fix on restart.

White curved borders appears on windows 11 as in the picture. It appears randomly. Doesn't even fix on restart. I have to shutdown, wait for 5 min and then turn on to fix it. Very annoying and laptop becomes unusable. Even screenshot couldn't capture it, so I took photos. It's happening from the beginning and yet not fixed after so many releases. 

I'm using Acer Swift 3 Ryzen5 4500U.
