Wallpaper Zoomed in

Hello guys,
recently to me happened that the wallpaper in the home screen was zoomed in and I could only temporary fix the problem changing wallpaper, but after locking and unlocking my cellphone the image on the wallpaper would be again zoomed in. Is there a way to normalize the size of the image?

After October update i believed the problem would be solved but that annoying bug is still present

Screenshots of lock screen, picture in background fits fine, next zoomed and launcher version. It's updated regularly, problem persist since August, if I remember correctly

turning off the wallpaper scroll option in order to see whether it'll back to normal.
