I recently installed Windows 11 on a separate drive and dual booting with Windows 10.  In Win11, I am unable to select 5.1 in the audio/speaker settings.  It has Stereo, 5.1 and 7.1 listed, but if I select 5.1 or 7.1 the option flips back to Stereo.   I do have the Dolby app so if I select Dolby Atmos for home theater that option stays and all my speakers are working correctly.   I am using the HDMI output of my Nvidia Card for sound.  In Windows 10 I do not have this issue.
