The Windows 11 start bar is located on the upper edge of the monitor due to the currently necessary registry workaround (since this cannot be set differently in Win11). This leads (no matter which computer) to 2 problems:
The start menu is displayed incorrectly / offset.
Programs and windows (such as Explorer, Outlook, etc.) that have been minimized once can no longer be maximized by clicking on the icon in the start bar. You can only bring the windows back to the foreground with ALT+Tab. The problem sometimes has an immediate impact, sometimes only after a few minutes.
