Sticky Note in launcher will not sync

I have a recent issue with the sticky notes not syncing in the microsoft launcher. It was working fine for the longest time but out of no where it will get stuck in the syncing process, regardless if I reboot my phone, re-login to my microsoft account, and re-installing the entire launcher. There doesn't seem to be an issue with my account, as if I open OneNote, the sticky notes are syncing properly there.

What steps can I take to try to remedy this problem? I would prefer not to reset my phone if possible. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. The sticky notes widget/page is not refreshing. I'm on launcher version 6.2.200602.89191

There's another symptom, though. Sticky notes not obeying "New Text note" command. It gets stuck, then it opens several instances of the app.

Same issue persists in latest version -  6.2.200706.89739

This was one of the most important feature to use Microsoft launcher for android - was using it as a cross platform clipboard. 

Please fix this soon

@sreeraj_sj @reeraj_s Same issue here. Still not working ver. 6.2.2.200706.89621 on Android 8.1 Huawei P20 .

It's working correctly on Miui 11 (Android 10) Redmi Note 9 Pro , same Microsoft Launcher version. Maybe it has todo with the Android version we have on our phones? It worked before, but some change made it useless.
I haven't received any update from Google Play Store.

Just got a new update, ver 6.2.0.200706.89865 and it seems to be working correctly now!

I'll make some test during the day and post my results here. I guess it's gonna be fine now.

Hi Ann.... Sticky Note sync is not working for me.  Specifically I can't get photo notes on my phone to come to my pc.

I'm using the latest beta of the launcher (downloaded yesterday). 6.2.200803.90799

Prior to yesterday I was using the latest stable release and syncing was not working then either.

I've tried forcing the sync on both sticky notes on the phone and pc.

I have 2 Microsoft accounts on my phone and in the launcher/sticky notes section I've selected my home account which is the one that my PC is setup on.

Hope this information helps you identify the problem.

Das ist echt traurig, dass es diese Synchronisierungs-Probleme schon so lange gibt. Ich habe seit sehr langer Zeit immer wieder Bugs mit Sticky Notes und ToDo gemeldet und sie bekommen es einfach nicht hin, das zu ändern.
