"close all apps" feature disabled ?

Hello everyone.

I'm new here. I ran into an annoying bug (or is it intended ?) as I updated my moto g8 + from android 9 to android 10.

Update went smoothly (phone feels a bit less snappy but another story), but now one of my most used shortcuts is gone : on the multitask window, I can't find any "close all apps" button, which was located on the extreme left before. 

Under the basic moto launcher, I have the shortcut.

Under microsoft launcher, it's gone. 

I tried resetting the launcher, giving it every authorization that I could find, to no effect.

I can live without it but it's annoying. And I won't consider another launcher, microsoft launcher suits me perfectly.

Did it occur to anyone's phone ? Is it working as intended ?

Thanks for your answer.

The first screenshot shows the normal behavior with the basic launcher by motorola / google.

The second screenshot shows the lack of "close all apps" I described earlier in Microsoft launcher. 

Before the update from android 9 to 10, Microsoft launcher had the "close all" on the left, exactly like google stock.
