When using Quick Assist within our organisation, occasionally the window will appear like so. I usually just have to keep trying Quick Assist before it works correctly.

@SamLeb , same issue here when assisting a Windows 10 computer from another Windows 10 computer.

So this is a problem on Windows 10 as well.

I have this issue as well, it does work correctly occasionally, however most of the time it doesnt resize the screen it doesnt matter if it is Windows 10 or 11

Hello, you should post in the Windows 11 community : https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-11/bd-p/Windows11

@SamLeb

I've been having the same problem.

Mine was all fine until I allowed the Win11 upgrade from my Win10 (Yes I know it still hasn't been publicly released yet) Just wonder if anyone has any fixes or guesses on this?

I'm also having the same problem

I think that this is related to the screen ratio of the client and the host resolutions.

If if connect with a 380X1440 screen to a 1920x1080 host, the screen is basically a thumbnail that I cannot zoom in.

If I connect with a 1920x1080 screen to a dual screen host, I can see both screens and they are about quarter size and I cannot zoom in on one of the screens, just both which makes it very hard to use.
