System Details: DELL Inspiron 5570

OS build: 22000.194

The output of Java program is showing Windows 10 instead of Windows 11 in the output.

Here is the program for reference.

public class OS {

public static void main(String[] args) {

String name = System.getProperty("os.name");
System.out.println(name);
}
}

Observed behavior:

The output of above program when typed in eclipse is shown as
Windows 10.

Expected behavior:

The above program must have returned the output as "Window 11" instead of "Windows 10"

Did you install windows 11 cleanly?
or just update from W10

I downloaded the ISO file and mounted it in Windows 10. After that, upgrade was done by selecting option "Don't keep Anything".

I think "Don't keep Anything" is similar to clean install. Is it ??

Thanks for confirmation.
I am new to this channel and this was my first time of reporting a bug. Is there anything needed from my end on this conversation? As I am not aware of the process.
Many Thanks,
Viddhesh
