OS drive used data discrepancy

The OS drive (C:), states that there is a total of 99.1 GB used in the drive. But scanning software such as WinDirStat as well as manually adding all of the size values of each folder leads to there being only around 71 GB being used in total. Where is the rest of the storage going to?

@TheMargarineMan This is solved. The cause of this issue was a feature on Dell computers that made them hold backups on the main drive.
