No "Display all" setting for the tray icons

Another issue related to this one. My taskbar in Windows 10 had an option of "never hide tray icons" on the right hand side. For example, when Skype was open, I could click on x button and it minimizes as a tray icon on the right hand side of the taskbar. Personally, it was very annoying to click the arrow first and expand the tray icons in the submenu and only then click on skype (or other) icon. So I always have them on. As long as taskbar icons settings were on "small", I can all my tray icons fit perfectly.

Right now, in W11, I have to manually choose around 30 apps to always overlay for each specific app. I think it's dumb.
